Went to Golden corral at a 40 minute wait so decided to come to outback steakhouse. The parking lot was fairly empty and so was the inside of Outback got served a bread with just a knife no silverware took over 15 min to get to place our order. Had to ask for silverware, I had to ask for a drink refill and took about 10 min to get a refill. so I ordered the Bloomin fried chicken. Witch is not that good we also ordered ribeye steak which was very good. This place looks very poorly managed.

Tristen was hands down THE BEST server we’ve ever had at any restaurant we’ve ever been to. She made our dining experience tonight memorable and absolutely spectacular. We trusted her food recommendations and everything she suggested tasted incredible. We had the Blooming Onion, Coconut Shrimp, Filet Sheila, and Over-the-top Brussel Sprouts. ALL sooo gooood!! Not only was Tristen attentive, quick, and professional, but she was genuinely warm, welcoming and had just the sweetest personality. (All of which is extremely rare to see in the service industry this day and time!) We will definitely come back and be sure to request Tristen as our server, she does a phenomenal job and they’re fortunate to have her.

Checked in online. Got to the desk prior to the time it asked. I think they forgot about our family of three bc there was another family of 4 taken before us. We’re got sat at a larger table bc I think they realized.

We requested ranch with the blooming onion and got extra horseradish sauce. A person at the table got a steak and requested it be cooked medium well it was rare when she cut into it… the server didn’t wait for her to cut into the steak before walking away another staff member came and got the steak and took it to the kitchen where it was literally burnt until it was not edible couldn’t be cut with a knife. She didn’t even request a “well done” steak this was past well done. For the price you pay you would expect at least good food. Mediocre service and steak house that needs to train their staff how to cook steak.
