This is a neat little place to grab lunch. The serve all the aviator brews on tap and the service was fantastic. The beer is always top notch. I got the dry rub wings where were tasty and my wife got the nachos which were huge with tons of toppings. Only negative comment was the prices were quite high. For an app, the nachos, wings and 3 beers with tip it was around $80.

BBQ bourbon beans are recommended. Food was more than I expected, portions and quality. I had sweet tea with my meal and everyone else had the craft beers. Everyone had different plates and and they were enjoyed by all. Definitely worth the stop. I will be returning to try the other Aviator places. I could see 3 in the immediate area. I am sure that there are more.

We love all of the Aviator Locations. We had a family night at Aviator this week and it was delicious. The service was great! We enjoyed all the apps and our entrees. We were disappointed they had no ribs to serve but we still enjoyed everything. My absolute favorite is the pretzel- a must have. The wings are awesome and their Monster sauce is so good (if you like spicy). This is great for dates, families, friends etc. The staff is friendly and attentive. I recommend this restaurant!

Nothing but GREAT things to say about Aviators Smokehouse! My daughter had my son in laws surprise birthday party there omgggg it was so awesome. There were at least 40 people kids and adults (all welcomed at the establishment )who showed up. They had a nice buffet of food, and our own open bar in the back (ty. Jamie ) the tables were long and big 10 people at least per table we had 5 of them plus a table for pictures and ty gifts, a table for cake and presents. Kids and adults had a ball. Food was at the other end all along the back wall and still plenty of dancing room for kids to run around playing and screaming. There was a restroom just for us to use. A place to go out back or front to get fresh air or smoke if you want. The only bad side was the parking but that’s because Fuquay Varina is the nicest and cutest lil town. Last but not least (saving the best for last) was our waitstaff/ bartenders Katie and Brandy I highly recommend the tag team duo they are Amazing!!! Thank you, Katie and brandy

This was served at 10:15p on a Saturday night. Not dried out and reheated. Took 2/3 of the brisket home and made sandwiches the next day, which had great flavor as well. If you’re looking for smoked style meats this is the go-to place in southern Wake County. We’ve been five times and Eve we have tried has been great, including the sides!

Came 2 days in a row (alone) and read all the 1 star reviews, hilarious staff and super kind. Mac could be a little better but the cuts of meat were spectacular, remember this isn’t a Mac spot but SMOKED MEAT. Love this place and I’d bring my mom and my kids here due to the fantastic beer and calm environment. Not to expensive, average but better than average experience.

Need to find a real cook. Never have I seen meat loaf that looked like oak meal. Collard greens are not supposed to taste sweet. When you wrap any dish with bacon….. make sure it’s cooked first. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. Not to sound racist but you might want to find you a black cook not someone claiming to be a chef but a cook. Someone who puts their heart into it.
