I mean, just look at the picture. For someplace that is in a five-star restaurant, their steak is just as good (if not better). My normal go to is the Outlaw Ribeye which is one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. But then I got the porterhouse steak and my girlfriend, and I both thought that it was possibly one of the best if not the best steak we ever had. It has two different flavors or types of steaks and the asparagus, and the strawberry salad are to die for. The service is always been good. If you’re not in the mood for a steak, their burger is exceptionally good. Flo’s Filet is also very good.

Ordered a ribeyeand shrimp, they failed to tell me they were basically out of cocktail sauce . The overall meal wasn’t bad , the steak was cooked almost right, the servers were friendly but, I actually asked for Xtra cocktail sauce while ordering . A competent server would have made me aware that they were out and ask if I wanted a different option. Also the main negativity is because the one they did bring had some unidentifiable white chunks in it , see pics . And then he told me he had to beat the bottle to get some more out. Needless to say my cocktail eating was already ruined by the weird substance in it. I wouldn’t give it an out and out awful review but a good server wouldn’t allow this . My wife is a server so I know what should be expected.

When we arrived, we were seated immediately, our waitress came, greeted us with a loaf of their bread and butter and took our drink order within a minute or two. After looking over the menu, I ordered a wedge salad and their new Tasmanian Shrimp and Scallop Pasta. My salad came out within minutes. I was excited that they brought back the wedge salad, but wasn’t impressed as much as I was the last time. Entirely too much dressing. It was still good though, blue cheese is one of my favorites.
I’m only half way done with my salad and our main entrees come out. I like fast service, but that was a bit too fast. Anyway, I dig into the fettuccine pasta and it was cold. The shrimp and scallops were warm and the pasta under the meat was warm, but the cold pasta around the meat did not pair well with the seasoned Alfredo sauce.
Outback is one of my favorite chains and Sydney, our waitress was very attentive and gave us exceptional service! I hope our next visit will be better.

Talk about a great meal after hiking at the nearby Botanical Gardens. The restaurant was clean, the food was fantastic, and the service was unbeatable. You can tell customer service is their priority when multiple team members are serving the tables and fulfilling customer requests SO promptly. It’s refreshing to see such great teamwork and experience kindness while eating a wonderful meal. Put on your stretchy pants and go eat at the Outback!

Waited for 20 minutes and had to ask for a waiter. Apparently one was not assigned to our table. No drink refills offered. No dishes cleared from table. My husband ordered half and half tea and received an Arnold Palmer. We had to ask for silverware and did not receive it. My nephew had to go to the bar and ask for it. We ordered a blooming onion. When they brought it, they brought 3 plates. We had 7 people in our party. This is the worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. This was even more disappointing because we came out to celebrate my nieces college graduation. I would not recommend eating in this restaurant
I would like to edit this review. Since my first post the Outback manager has reached out to me We went this morning and spoke with Kacey. They were very apologetic and sympathetic. Brian also reached out to us. They were very helpful and we were able to resolve our situation. I am really appreciative they took the time to reach out and resolve our situation. It shows they really care I want to say thank you to them both.

Everything and I do mean EVERYTHING was delicious! 1st- I choose this place to celebrate my Halloween Birthday! Everyone that worked there was in costume and so were we!! So that really made it all feel really special!!
The server was awesome! The food was cooked to perfection and brought out quickly! We had plenty of leftovers and I’m already looking forward to happy hour there next month!

To first start off my visit we come in and get seated our waiter comes over and we order everything looks okay from the jump expect they brought me out a side soup instead of the main one I ordered. My friends get their steaks and they all look good except for my one friend. He got his steak and it was rare, he ordered a medium rare steak. He ended up sending it back and got the steak cooked the exact same. They had forgotten my boyfriend’s loaded mashed potatoes. My other friend asked for a water refill and they left the old lemon in, didn’t ask if she wanted a new lemon either. Overall was a very bad experience. I have nothing to hold against our waiter he was amazing but everything else to hold against the kitchen staff.

Arrived at 6pm to the restaurant with some veteran friends of mine. Hostess informed us it was a ten minute wait. About twenty minutes into waiting with multiple booths open we were finally seated. We didn’t see our waiter for another ten minutes and after attempting to order multiple drinks to which they were all out of stock, we finally get to place our order. With a longer wait, the salad and soup came out. The potato soups were ice cold. We asked if it was supposed to be cold & our server went to get that fixed for us but it was a lengthy wait for his return. After about an hour and a half of waiting endlessly at the restaurant we asked to see a manager & then proceeded to leave. The whole atmosphere there was off. Nobody seemed to have a clue as to what was going on and there was no communication. Our server at least was making an honest attempt & was understanding and apologetic, but overall it was completely unsatisfactory and aggravating that we spent an hour and a half dealing with Outback for cold potato soup and no drinks. To top it all off, once we were leaving they said our food was ready and we could take it with us. We waited a few more minutes and that didn’t get brought to us so we just left. Absolutely ruined this chain of restaurant for me and my family & vet friends. Terrible way to attempt and honor the veterans and I pray the men and women who sacrificed more than us didn’t get the same treatment we did.
