The food was really good. Service was lacking. I asked for hot water and never got it. I was told yall wasn’t doing the free blooming onion (coupon through diner rewards)anymore. I called later and was told that was a lie. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will patronize this location again.

Update – 5-25-23: Went to hang out with a friend. Unfortunately the visit was nothing like my previous visit. I will start off by saying the server, Andre, was wonderful. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the food. I ordered the bone in ribeye medium well. The steak came out well done and flavorless. The server, asked if he could put in another order for me. I didn’t see anything else on the menu that I really wanted (had my heart set on a ribeye), so I said I would give it another try. The second steak came out worse than the first – cooked even more well done than the first and also tasteless. I’m glad my Bloomin’ Shrimp appetizer was good, otherwise the visit would have been a total waste. I was comped a dessert which was also pretty good, but since the steak was the main reason for my visit, I left very disappointed.

As a manager in the food industry I wanted to take a seat to see how the customer service would be so I sat at the bar and was serviced by Aubrey and Sean. You guys are great and keep up the great customer service and attention that you pay to your patrons. Make sure you pay attention to the small details . Some people will criticize you for that. Make sure the drinks are always garnished with the appropriate fruits or whatever you use for presentation purposes it makes a great difference, but for me you guys made me so proud!

Avery is a JEWEL in this location!! She served us one time about a month or two ago, and ever since we always request her when we dine in. She has continued to make our dining experience phenomenal. And the food has been delicious as well. I think those two components seal the deal.

My salmon wasn’t cooked properly it was mushy inside the vegetables were soggy. They gave me a fresh plate of the same dinner and I still wasn’t impressed or satisfied. The bread and butter were the best and the bloom onions… Appetizer. Might try it again something different on the menu.? My brother enjoyed his 12 oz steak, so I was pleased with that because it was his birthday, and my mother also enjoyed her shrimp. the waitress London was very nice and atmosphere was good.

Shawn and Brittney are the best! If you sit near the bar area they are super friendly. They remind me of siblings because they really help eachother out and have friendly banter back and fourth.
