Haven’t been in this location for a long time. Service was a little slow- but it’s a Friday so no big deal. Our server is great, sorry forgot her name. Food is good as expected. Fair pricing for the kind of food.

Arrived at 2:30 pm on a Saturday with a party of 8 and was promptly seated. It was not busy. Only a few other people and a party of 12 that already had their meal. That’s where the good service stopped. We waited 20 minutes our our waiting to approach and take our drink and appetizer order. We waited another 10 minutes before the drinks arrived. It took another 20 minutes for the waiter to come back and take our meal order only after a manager come on duty and rudely asked why I was standing and looking around to which I replied, ” I looking for our waiter.” He went and got the waiting and after taking our order it 35 minutes before our food came out. Four other tables received their food before us that were seated after us. The service was horrible!

Came in at 2:45 pm was seated promptly. From this point things weren’t down hill. The waitress took our order after my party of three had been sitting for 20 minutes. We ordered appetizers and another 25 minutes go by and the waitress stopped and asked if we wanted to order, we informed her we were still waiting for our drinks and appetizers. When the appetizers came they were wrong. I finally asked for a manger and when he came to the table he informs us that he’s only been at this location two days. We offered a glass of red wine, the waitress walked past our table and we informed her that she hadn’t brought the wine. She goes to the bar and cones back with a glass of white wine and says “we’re out of red.” How do you take it upon yourself to bring something we didn’t order??? Well from bad to worse, we then have a young man walk up to tell us he will now be our waiter. Long story shortened, we’re were presented with a second manager (Fabio) and our new waiter (Andre) we were taken care of with better customer service and a reduced check. This experience has put a bad taste (no fun intended) for Outback.

I’m so glad I decided to give this Outback a try again! Under this new management, my experience exceeded my expectations. They made my steak to perfection. Also the bartender Sean provided excellent customer service. I will be back!

I never leave reviews but this experience called for one. The manager, Jordan, and our server, Shawn, (sorry for any misspellings), we’re wonderful. Could not have asked for better hospitality especially for them coming in on a snowy, cold day. 4 stars only bc the one steak with almost all fat. But Jordan came over to chat with us and gave our daughter a little duck. She was so sweet and we really appreciate it.

I just left this location after getting curbside. No one ever came out and everyone had to get out to get their food. Once inside the wait was absolutely ridiculous. Then when I got home after drinking my soda during the ride I see there’s a disgusting glove in my drink!!! Do not ever go here! Then we called and the manager didn’t have time to speak to us. I’ve never experienced anything so atrocious in my life!! This is filthy and obviously intentional!! I’m calling the Health Department in the morning. They need to be closed immediately

Dad wanted Prime Rib so for Father’s Day we came to Outback and had a great night! Food was prepared perfectly. Our waitress, Niyah, was excellent. We didn’t feel rushed at all. I really appreciate the great service and experience. ✨
