I only came here for Veterans Day even though I live 7 min down the road. After the service and food I received today, I’ll definitely come back. These servers have to deal with a lot on their plate today and I think they’ve handled it well.

We had lunch at the Outback in Silver Spring today, and it was a wonderful experience! Jorik was our server, and he always provides OUTSTANDING service! Jorik always greets us with a warm smile and makes us feel very welcome. Jorik is personable and attentive. He also is very knowledgeable of the menu and makes suggestions. We enjoy seeing him when we dine there. Also, the food was delicious! We had the filet with lobster tails – cooked to perfection. The filets were tender and juicy. We will definitely return. Thank you Jorik for making our pre-Valentine’s Day date a special occasion. –B & C

We visited Outback at Silver Spring, MD tonight and had a truly wonderful time. Our server, Shanty, was a highlight of the evening! She was incredibly attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed, and offered excellent recommendations from the menu. She was friendly, professional, and really made us feel well taken care of. The food was delicious, but the exceptional service from Shanty truly made our experience memorable. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend asking for her if you visit!”.

Me and my brothers just went there and 2 of us ordered steaks. Specifically sirloins. One 8 oz and one 6 oz. 6 oz was cooked as requested(Medium). Though the 8 oz was terrible. I requested do a medium rare and received well done. After speaking with the waiter they proceeded to bring out the second steak. This steak was by far the worst I’ve ever been served. They gave it to me raw. Literally just cooked the outside barely. Not even seared. Just grayish brown. And the inside was basically purchasable at the grocery store. Filled with blood. I literally threw up in the bathroom. Besides the food being appalling. Service was no better. When the waiter came to ask what we liked to drink. 2 of us ordered and my brother was looking at their refreshers to let the waiter know and he proceeds to say “your not ready yet” then walks away. Mind you no one is in the restaurant besides me and my brother. Plus one other couple. Who had a different waiter. When we finally get a chance to order our food and drinks. Second time btw trying to make the order. My brothers aren’t well versed in English so it takes them time to read and say what they want. He takes the order and walks away. Brings back the first 2 drinks then the third one. Yet the sweet tea I ordered never came. I had to ask twice then again when he was forced to come to our table with our food. I will never go there nor recommend anyone who values food safety and good service. I am currently sick to my stomach

The service was amazing!! The food was really good as well. The only downside fall was that we asked for our steaks medium rare and we got rare. They took back the steak though and reheated it. Which is fine I guess, could have did things alittle differently to make sure we felt like they were sorry for the mistake. My kids enjoyed their meal as well though so thats the most important part. Thanks!!

My family had dinner at Outback tonight, and it started off well. However, the experience took a turn for the worse. Our server, Andrew, was incredibly slow and inattentive throughout the entire meal.
We had dietary restrictions to consider, so we asked Andrew about the ingredients in our entrees. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, there were immediate issues. My dad’s steak was cooked to medium-well, but my sister immediately noticed something off in her food.
Despite our concerns, Andrew was nowhere to be found. Thankfully, the food runner was kind enough to fix my dad’s meal. However, when Andrew finally arrived, we asked him for a few things, but he never brought them out. We had to wait again for him to show up and remind him about the condiments we needed.
The service was so slow that by the time we finally got the condiments, we had to ask for boxes and cancel my sister’s meal because the food was cold. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Roxanne was a great service provider. She took the time to understand my needs as I have several food allergies. My family and I enjoyed our visit at Outback. We will definitely go back and ask to be sat in her section.

The last Fee times I came in the location she has been WONDERFUL. Also remembering how I like my drink to the way I like my wings cooked. She never misses a beat. She is always smiling and very friendly. Literally will only go on the weekends she not Traveling.

We live close to Outback and go frequently. This time celebrating my husband’s bday we had Roxanne as our server. Never had her before. She said she worked weekends. She was amazing. Always on top of things, we mentioned my husband’s bday and how please don’t have people come sing, like most places. She later brought him an ice cream scoop with chocolate and a candle which she lit. We had also mentioned we loved to go to Ren Faire so she sang a birthday shanty. Very pleased and she was fun to chat with.
