It didn’t take long to get seated on a busy night. They were organized and I appreciated that with the amount of people in there. I am not sure what was up with my server. I felt like she disappeared to do another job in the back and never returned.

Ordered loaded mash potatoes with bacon and cheese, didn’t get it. Order a lemonade, they gave me strawberry lemonade instead. Also ordered two baked potatoes but plain potatoes, not even cut. They did not feel like working tonight. I even called and only thing they offered was a $5 credit. $103 down the drain.

We celebrated my cousin’s 55th birthday here. The staff we very accommodating for our 20+ party size. The service was good for large party, and things moved slower, but that’s to be expected. The wings were amazing. The blooming onion and spinach dip were hot and delicious. The top shelf Long Island Iced Tea was prepared strong (as requested). The burger is still one of the best burgers I’ve ever ordered. Outback did not disappoint. The only negative is that the menu had changed and didn’t have as many options or old favorites available.

I stopped in after church today to catch the Commanders whoop the Giants, and I’m so glad I did! The atmosphere was lively, my food came out perfectly cooked, and my server was wonderful. The manager, Jen, even came by personally to check on my table, which made the experience feel extra special. I don’t usually visit Outback, but this visit won me over—I’ll definitely be coming back! 10/10

I’ve been a loyal Outback customer since 1998, but this location missed the mark. We called ahead at 12:45 to notify them of our party of 10 for a graduation celebration. Upon arrival, we were told 70% of our group had to be present to be seated—something that wasn’t mentioned on the call. On top of that, they would only accept two forms of payment for the entire group, which felt unnecessarily restrictive.
Service was disorganized. Food came out at random intervals—some guests got their meals, while others waited 20 minutes or more. Trying to coordinate under a one-check rule only made it worse. It felt rushed and impersonal.
The only positive was Katherine, the manager, who did her best to make the situation bearable. But overall, this visit was disappointing and made me feel unwelcome.
I won’t return to this location, but I still love Outback—and those wings will keep me coming back elsewhere.

I’m a medical courier out of Virginia, in MD waiting on a specimen pickup. I had time to kill & was starving, so I decided to grab a bite at the Outback. The nature of my job, I tend to have to eat on the fly for the very rare times that I get time to eat. Normally I tell staff this up front, but didn’t this time (tired & didnt think about it lol) But every one I dealt with was kind & courteous. The security guard opened the outside door for me- its currently 37° out. The hostess was sweet. Michael was my server & he was excellent I also had a runner bring my bread & water who was very nice, but I didnt catch their name. The food came out very quickly & was delicious. I ordered the sirloin & coconut shrimp. All around, a far better experience than my previous Outback experience elsewhere. The bathroom was also clean. I am glad I decided to stop. Great experience! No photos…I ate it all

I had a mixed experience at Outback. The service was great and the food was delicious, but there were a few things that took away from the overall experience. The floors were extremely slippery—almost like walking on soap—which made me feel a bit unsafe.
I also found a few pieces of hair on my plate, which was really disappointing. While the food was remade, I do wish the manager had been notified and that I was offered a small courtesy for the inconvenience. It’s not just about the food being replaced—it’s about acknowledging the experience.
Additionally, we had to ask multiple times for our finished plates to be cleared, which made the table feel cluttered.
Overall, the visit wasn’t terrible—the food and service had potential—but a few small improvements in cleanliness, communication, and attentiveness would’ve made it much better.

I only had outback once in 2014 and now that I’m trying it the other day I am so underwhelmed. The steak wasn’t the right temperature so I had to take it home and rewarming things just don’t really work out right for me I’m a chef I like food fresh. The sauce that goes with the coconut shrimp please throw it in the trash here’s another song I think it came with the mozzarella sticks just awful Siri if you can’t get sauces right just go ahead and close the door. Seems like everybody just come to drink anyway. And even that took a long time to get. Yeah that’s all management responsibilities to handle the bus service for tables whatever I’m good

Visiting the area from Texas, my husband and I decided to stop in on our way back to our hotel. We were sat fairly quick and was greeted by our server Victoria right away. She was very friendly, made great recommendations on the menu and was very attentive throughout our visit. Our food was delicious, fresh and cooked to perfection. Thanks for excellent service!

Me & my family decided to dine here after we left a play. This was our first time here since we were coming from out of town.To make this short, the establishment was dirty with trash all over the floor, after waiting 40 minutes half of our food still didn’t come out & what was brought to the table was over cooked.If I’m ever in Maryland I won’t think twice about this place & wouldn’t recommend this establishment EVER!!! FYI: Our Server was very nice.
