Didn’t get pics of my entree, unfortunately. Dined here 3/1, busy Sunday as expected. Requested medium well steak in my steak/shrimp pasta (Kingsman or something), the waitress was very kind, but my steak was bloody! As far as I know, medium well is supposed to have a slightly pink center, not bright red blood oozing throughout the pasta. Not to mention my child has contracted food poisoning from the shrimp I let her eat from my plate, at least 3-4 jumbo shrimp! Currently in the ER for vomiting/high fever that started in the middle of that night; I’ve only had an upset stomach. Her father had the same dish without shrimp and called out that our shrimp may not be done, he thought it looked white and of course I thought it looked fine smh. Our waitress was nice and had my meal “remade” with well done steak instead, offering to plate it to go. She gave a side of Alfredo sauce that honestly just tasted like butter noodles instead of Alfredo. Very upset my daughter is suffering & has missed school when we just wanted to go have a family dinner somewhere we usually don’t go and will definitely not ever return. I haven’t been here since their grand opening week as a kid!!

So we came last friday ate in the restaurant and had a great server great food ect. We’d totally give it a 5⭐️ review. Wish i remembered servers name, she was great.
So we came here tonight… and yeah definitely not the same experience sadly. We ordered To-Go for 6pm pick up we spent $67 (a lot less than eating in as no dessert ect BUT still a decent amount of $$. No one was at the “To-Go” area so i checked in at the bar. Told him my name and spot i was parked but that i was using bathroom 1st. So i’m back at “To-go” until 6:15 when a guy with crocs a filthy shirt untucked and glasses came over said oh you been helped… I said no blah blah He has me pay says foods not ready yet then leaves.. Receipt says 6:20 but my food was for 6pm. So i’m left just standing there. Like do i go back to my car? He didn’t ask what spot tho.. Finally i assume the woman working “To-go” comes over said she was in bathroom blah blah Like girl i just left the bathroom no one was in there, just say you were smoking i get it! Get someone to cover for you tho. Anyhow said she will check on food, then it’s not ready so more standing i do. Like tell me I’ll bring it to the car or something, don’t just keep leaving a customer standing around, just the lack of communication the lack of professionalism it was gross. To top it off after i’ve received my food and we are in the truck backing out I get a text that says hey mate your food is almost ready…. like wth??? I had such a great time last week and I love the outback seasoning… food across the states is typically on point and consistent but the customer service here definitely was not “outback standard”!! We came tonight as last week was good but it’ll be LongHorn next time we want “To-Go” for sure. Very disappointed.

Ordered through DoorDash some pasta tonight they gave me buttered curly noodles instead of the linguine noodles no seasoning and threw steak and shrimp on top never again fire the chef

Food was excellent. I ordered online and they do a great job of making sure to follow any notes/requests that are included in the order. The last time I had provided feedback that I was not given enough ranch as requested so Ann followed up and told me to simply add extra notes or to ask staff and they’ll happily make sure to take care of it. Staff is very friendly and I love that I can order extra ranch at no extra charge! Not many places do that anymore. Great food, great staff, will be back.

The atmosphere was very relaxed with a simple yet elegant decor that I personally loved, looking around the restaurant I didn’t feel as overwhelmed by decorations like I do at Texas Roadhouse, the service was incredible, our server seemed to always be there when me and my fiancee needed refills or ran out of their delicious bread. I got a shrimp and beef pasta dish that I forget the name of, and my fiancee got a steak, which was cooked perfectly medium rare, and my dish was absolutely incredible as well, there wasn’t an overwhelming amount of sauce or seasoning, just the right amount! Overall it was a great decision to go there for our date night, and will be a place we return to in the future!

Decided to splurge & try out the blooming onion. It was good.. it did taste a like it had steak seasoning on it though. Our waitress brought us out the complimentary bread.. I was not a fan. My Caesar salad with shrimp was.. “okay”. It seemed like the lettuce was drenched in dressing and there were quite a few pieces I had to pick out and toss to the side because they were either brown, or very very wilted.

Service was good. We ordered the ribeye steak I was very disappointed cause they cooked it on the flat top where they cook all the other food instead of a grill,so you can taste the other food that was cooked on there previously. Manger came over to apologize but I sent it back and went somewhere else .

I gave 2 stars due to the meal just not tasting the greatest. The staff and service were great, my issue was addressed and taken care of promptly and professionally. The steak dip and chips was delicious. One meal was a Caesar salad and Queensland Chicken & SHRIMP Pasta…the salad was good the pasta was extremely dry with an unpleasant taste and the chicken and shrimp were overseasoned. I also got the Steakhouse Mac and Cheese which was also dry. The Gold Coast Coconut Shrimp and fries were delicious. Someday I will try again.

This is my dining experience last night. It was very good before. The main thing I saw when I ate was whether the food was fresh. Last night’s food was rotten, and there was a sour smell floating out. I didn’t eat it. The food on the children’s plate was too disgusting. Look at my photos and you can see that fried mushrooms are also black,I won’t go back and spend the money on that dinner，horrible
