So I have never been to outback and my friend always refused because he said that the last two times at 2 different outbacks the food was horrible and so was the service. Unfortunately I don’t listen or back down so we went. Guess what it was awesome! I was so afraid to get a well done steak instead of the medium I ordered. Luckily for me they had a real cook my steak and lobster were cooked to perfection. The broccoli was yummy the green beans were crunchy and the shrimp I almost ate my fingers. Watch out for the sweet potatos its steaming hot inside. Btw if you go you should get a L.I.T with salt it’s 10bucks but its good. The dessert is also good minus the nuts.

My daughter meal was one of the first things we ordered with the drinks and appetizers. The server came and informed us they didn’t have the juice she wanted but we were fine with just water for her. We got our main course but still her meal didnt come out. The server had forgotten to place her order. We placed the order again but they got that wrong. Our meals were over cooked and salty. On our check, we were charged for things that we did not order as well. The server was apologetic throughout the process and he did get my daughters meal taken off the bill.

There is a major difference in out back steakhouses i have visited around the world. A lot has to do with the management, if its good the restaurant flourishes if it is fair its average if the manger sucks the restaurants service sucks from the kitchen to the staff. last time i visited this outback it was above average beating the outback in suffer in Rockland County,.

On November 20, 2018 I was having a nice dinner with my family. We just received our order when I noticed a roach crawling on the wall. After noticing the roach our server tried to kill the creature but he did not succeed. We had to pack up our food and leave. The manager came over to apologized but he still charged us our meal giving only 33% off. Which seems unfair because what if that roach fell in our food or on our merchandise we had. He should’ve given our meal 50% off or better yet free. We did not cause a scene we just paid and left. This is unacceptable for a franchise to have pests crawling around while patrons are eating and enjoying food. That restaurant franchise should be exterminated immediately I bet I am not the only patron who has complained about seeing pests while dining.
