A wonderfully African inspired buffet inside Animal Kingdom Lodge. Not a large buffet but everything tasted wonderful. Oxtail soup, sliced strip loin cooked to a perfect medium rare, coconut rice and salmon were a few but definitely not all the highlights. Sodas and juices are included. Service and the food live up to the disney name. You won’t be disappointed! Reservations are needed in order to get past the security check point to enter the Animal Kingdom resort.

African restaurant with great cuisine. The place is inside the hotel Animal Kingdom Lodge, and has a very cozy, spacious environment. It’s all you can eat, drinks included – even alcoholic ones – with a fixed price per person.

Wonderful restaurant. We stopped coming here years ago when I learned I could not get gluten, because there was not much I could eat. However, now the majority of the buffet is gluten free and other items (like the desserts) can be made gluten free and brought out separately (see picture). The real standouts here are honestly the soups – they are amazing. Their wine list features all African wines, and they do have the usual Disney cocktail list if you prefer that. The only downside is that it is a buffet, and gets pretty noisy.

This place was amazing. From the food to the customer service. We had reservations at 8:15pm but we arrived a little bit early and did not have to wait long. At 8:15 we were seated. The waiter was extremely friendly and informative. The food was always hot, fresh and delicious. My favorite was the oxtail soup with rice, the chicken and the corn pudding. So many other great options as well. I suggest to come on an empty stomach because it’s so much food to try and it will definitely fill you up. Can’t wait to go back on my next trip to Orlando.

We booked this 2 months ago and had a 35 minute wait on a Saturday morning, I guess that’s normal, once we were seated the service was good… there was also a long queue for the buffet, but the food was delicious… the tomatoes casserole, sausages, bacon scrambled eggs, but leave room for the French toast with pecan syrup sauce …

It’s just incredible! The food variety was great, the place is simply beautiful. I saw everyone was very welcoming, but our server, Stacy, made the experience even better. Totally recommend this place. Went for dinner. I have heard great things about breakfast, too, so hopefully, I’ll be able to try it, too.

Amazing experience at Boma. My family and I we struggle with a lot of different allergies and auto immune conditions from gluten allergies, really high lactose intolerant and no oxalate diet. It was amazing because the Cheff came to our table and guide us to the food to walk us through food by food and explain to us all the ingredients. He did this with a lot of love and patience. Always with high level of professionalism and with a lot of care.

We snagged a seat at Boma after having no luck finding one in Disney Springs and I am so glad that we had the opportunity to enjoy the delicious food here! It is a bit pricey but we did not leave feeling disappointed for it is a truly unique restaurant that we would never find around home and soft drinks are included with the price. Some of my favorites included the coconut basmati rice, the sun dried tomato hummus, the ribs, and of course the zebra domes. They live up to the hype for sure! Even though we didn’t get to eat at Disney Springs on our trip, we left with a beautifully memorable experience at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and Boma without staying there! I would recommend that magical experience to anyone visiting Orlando

We had breakfast at Boma’s before we went to get on the Disney Wish. The food was awesome it just ahead a little bit of the flavors of Africa. The service was amazing they do take good care of you. The price is a little high for a breakfast buffet but it is Disney.
