There is a special place in my heart for this Outback given an extraordinary experience that will forever remain remembered in our family and in our heart.
Our beloved dog, Bruce, was put down this weekend and we wanted to treat him to a filet mignon as his last meal. I called to place the order and briefly mentioned it (since I just needed a steak and not a whole meal with sides, which they happily accommodated). Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by one of the servers, Michelle, who went to get my order. Kathy Spinella (the owner of this Outback) walks out and introduced herself to me. She pulled me aside with Michelle and firstly extended her deepest condolences, gave me a genuinely caring hug and handed me a bag that included not one but two sincere handwritten notes from her and her team to apologize for our loss and gave us kind words of encouragement. Not only that….but she compensated the whole meal (in addition to an appetizer I got for myself!) and also added on some ice cream, whipped cream and cheesecake for him AND a $20 gift card for when we’re ready to come back.
I was in disbelief and shock. That level of generosity, thoughtfulness, and authenticity (especially in corporate restaurants) is something very rare and remarkably memorable. She is a gem who runs a professional yet personable business and we are so grateful for her incredibly touching gesture during our time of loss.
Thank you Kathy, Michelle and the Edgewater Outback Team for not only sending our sweet boy off with a royal meal and but also for such a kind, empathetic and thoughtful experience! It made our difficult send-off just that much easier and left us all feeling very blessed and thankful for compassionate people in the world like Kathy and the Edgewater team.

I usually order the sirloin and grilled chicken combo—solid, filling, and consistently good. The real star for me though is the bread… when I actually get it About 8 out of 10 times, it’s missing from my takeout order, which is super frustrating because it’s literally the best part.

My go to when I crave some steak and want a river view. Could get a good river view for the price being, but you’ll have to tell the waiter or otherwise you won’t get it. Steak is good. I like their mashed potatoes.

This was my first time at the location and my server was Brandon he was so nice attentive and helpful. He helped me pick the best option for me and gave me such a great recommendation! Service was 10/10 and so was the drinks thank you again to Brandon for making my first time

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Outback Steakhouse, and I must commend our waiter Francisco for providing exceptional service. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He made excellent recommendations, ensuring everyone in our group found something they loved. Our drinks were always refilled promptly, and he checked on us just the right amount without being intrusive. His professionalism and genuine care for our dining experience truly stood out. Thanks to Francisco our evening was both enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend him to anyone dining at Outback Steakhouse!

I want here today 2-16 for lunch and we was seated immediately our waitress took our drink order and I got a Coca Cola and the drink was kinda flat had very little carbonation and after that it took a little while for our server to come back to take out orders and the restaurant was empty only a few other people was there. We ordered our food after and it took about 30 minutes to arrive and the food was good my steak was cooked perfectly and in general the service was ok and the. Food was good. This is the closest Outback Steakhouse to my house since they closed the one in 23rd street in Manhattan! But other than that I recommend coming here!!

Very cool Outback. Nice vibe inside. The food was excellent, very fresh, and their 3-course meal deal is a welcoming addition to the menu. Salad was very good, burger cooked and designed to perfection… can’t forget the delicious cheesecake with chocolate syrup. I would definitely come back to this location. My only gripe was the server took too long to come back and either check on us/bring the bill. We were there over an hour and a half, with most of the “down time” being after we ate/got dessert/check. Aside from that, it was a great time.
