Food was out in a timely manner, our waitress Anita was amazing and very attentive to me and my fiance. The food was really good and hot everything was made correctly. Portions were decent and the boomerang mini margaritas were a really nice touch and the cheesecake was phenomenal. Don’t have a picture of the cheesecake because I took it to go lol

I came here with my family to eat dinner and over all everything was really good especially the food. The manager came over and asked us if everything was okay as well as the servers were very polite. I really recommend the blooming onion as an appetizer and a frozen drink which is available here both with alcohol and without. I had the salmon which was deleious and all of our steaks were cooking exactly the way we wanted them to be. The different ways to cook your steak are inside the menu and at the end your able to pay at your table with the provided electronic tablet. This restaurant has changed a lot over the years but for the better and they are doing a fantastic job.

We usually avoid chain restaurants. This Outback experience has changed our minds. Everything from service, drinks and food was top notch. Kudos to Alex and his staff for a great dining experience.

We were regulars to this Outback, but last night will be our last visit here. Not a fan of eating cold chicken, mash or broccoli. Dinner was served a minute after our appetizer. By the time we finished eating our appetizer, our dinners were cold. Not sure why dinner was served so soon. The server knew that was a mistake and did nothing to make it right. The disappointment ruined my appetite. I was looking forward to that dinner. I didn’t take one bite of it. Definitely ruined our celebration meal.

Had an awesome meal here tonight. I ordered the bone in ribeye cooked medium rare and it was exceptional! One of the best steaks I’ve had! Service was excellent from the minute we walked in. The prices were reasonable and while I didn’t have a drink this time they had some great drinks on the menu at decent prices as well! I highly recommend this place.

Al the manager greeted us while we were sitting at the bar having a glass of wine while we were waiting for our daughter and her family to arrive and introduced himself and assured us if we needed anything to let him know!
We live in Madison and we’re meeting my daughter half way and I must say this restaurant gets 5 stars for hospitality,

It has been a long time since we have had such a nice dining experience !
We don’t usually go to chain restaurants except if we are on the road for a trip .We will be returning and meeting my daughter halfway!

Service was ok – could have been better honestly. Dirty dishes left on the table almost the entire time. Food was decent. Dessert was the best of all the dishes. Prices were very high for portions served. Lived up to it being a chain restaurant.

My wife and I have been going here since 2020. This restaurant is consistently amazing. Marissa is such an attentive server. She was so polite and courteous and made sure everything was to our liking. The manager Alex was so welcoming. He came by to introduce himself as we sat down. Alex came by several times to make sure we were happy and didn’t need anything. I noticed he did that to every table in the restaurant. Such a great staff and the food is always amazing. We keep coming back because of people like Marissa and Alex. Thank you so much!!

Thank you Outback Steakhouse Staff for a phenomenal FATHER’S DAY with my family!!

(There was a small hiccup regarding the call ahead service, for 6pm. Perhaps, a better reservation policy, even during holidays should be revised. However, accommodations, originally for 4 people were increased by 1, were nicely satisfied!!!)

EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS AND PERFECTLY PRESENTED!!
