this isn’t the same that it use to be — absolutely disgusting quality — no coleslaw & TERRIBLE commercialized inedible products.
Once they changed ownership – after promising things wouldn’t change – it did and it did for the worst.
They couldn’t even melt the craft cheese on the burger which was overcooked — didn’t even need to cut into it to see that.
I didn’t order a hockey puck.

Friendly and attentive staff, great food. Good crown on a very chilly Saturday with snowmobilers and locals. Excellent burgers and hand cut fries!

It appears to be the only open business in Staunchville, although the Baptist church down the road looks like it’s open for services. This is a hidden gem for friendly service, and good bar food. They have a little more variety on the menu than is typical for a bar. The prices are from the 1980s so you can take the family without breaking the bank. We’ve been back several times and have not been disappointed. Really good!!

My wife and I came here for dinner and everything was amazing. Alicia was the cook and we made sure to compliment her coming. The burger and chicken were both cooked perfectly. Plus the drinks were great!!!! Highly recommend

Food is fine! Straightforward. Onion rings are A++. I go for the pool and pull tabs. When I am in Stanchfield I hit this bar up! Savannah was our server and she went out of her way to make my bachelorette party one to remember!

Since the new owners took over a few months ago the quality of the food has fallen considerably. I’ve never had a bad meal here until now. First time I thought it was a fluke but it’s been two times in a row now. Fries aren’t as good, came out over done but also cold. Smaller portions of chicken in the buffalo chicken salad. Steak bites were dry. Burgers were fine but they used to be amazing. Very disappointing as this used to be one of our favorite places to go as a family. Beer was good! Hopefully the new owners figure it out quick and we get the old Outback back.

If you’re looking for some GOOD bar food this is definitely not the place to go.
The servers are great and friendly but the food itself is always burnt in some fashion.
First time I went here was months ago, had the popcorn shrimp, it was burnt on the outside and very mushy on the inside.
Second time I got a mushroom and Swiss, the burger was burnt.
Now this last time I went for a Buffalo wrap, Now maybe I have a different idea of a Buffalo wrap than them but this thing was SOAKED in Buffalo sause, I took one bite and was almost in tears from how spicy it was.
So all I ate from that was the fries out of my 10$ wrap backet.
Server offered to remake it, but there’s no way I’m paying for that twice. And yes it was still on my bill at the end of the night. It was a big waste of money.
I don’t expect top quality food from a bar, but I expect at least bar quality.
