Excellent food, quickly prepared and very reasonably priced. No frills menu, but what they focus on they do very well. No place to eat inside so plan to get it to go. Sloppy goodness. No soft drink fountain only bottles and cans to go. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better fast food burger for this price.

Ordered one Grub Hub, It’s how we found Out Cold. The order was ready for delivery quickly. We ordered 2 single burgers and added bacon, we all know everything is better with bacon. Ordered Knockout Fries to split. Glad we only ordered 1 because it was large, what’s even better is the fries were amazing! Love the sauce they put on it. The burgers were delicious as well. We will add Out Cold to our rotation list for sure. As you can see my dog was begging for it too. He approved too! Try them out, you won’t regret it!

This is a prime location that had high hopes for legit locals to get a simple burger and fries. They started off well. Now, everything is a soggy mess. Burgers do not juice, they seep oil. Think about that: a good impression upfront with over priced food, only to lower quality but not the price. The sauce tastes like simply thousand island dressing with mustard and pickle juice. The loaded fries are barely “fried”; you get a bucket of oil, weak sauce and wet potatoes. A dive bar does better. I ordered 2 smashed patties on the side and got what I pictured. Prices are too high for lack of quality.

Don’t think there’s a better burger in the Schaumburg area! Truly amazing patties and sauce. If they expanded their menu I can definitely see them getting big, but bummer there’s no tables. Definitely part of the aesthetic/appeal of an old school burger stand.

Ive tried smashburgers all over Chicago and these are the best ones hands down. They are packed with flavor, seasoned perfectly. Portions here are huge for such a great price. (Especially the knockout fries, those are a must) Will definitely be back!
Also appreciated how clean the restaurant was for a take-out style burger spot- definitely the cleanest restaurant I have been to. 10/10 all around!

Great quick service burger joint! The burger was Delicious! Pickles were thin sliced and the sauce and onions all together were a great flavor combination. The smash burger was juicy but thin and perfectly cooked. The fries were also great! Limited seating but big flavor for the cost, and in an easy to get to location.

I grew up here and remember when this was Hoho Chop Suey. Visiting family and saw it was now a burger joint, so we had to try it out as there are not really another other good burger joints in the area. The smash burgers are delicious. There’s a kiosk to order in the store so it’s very simple and straightforward. Quick and friendly service. Would definitely recommend for Burger fans.

I just wanted a great tasting classic cheeseburger and that’s what I got at Out Cold. The burgers here are perfectly seasoned. It’s extremely fresh and juicy. The spot is cute, quirky but not over the top. I loved the crispy thin cut seasoned fries too. The staff was polite and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is to mop the floors. There’s was a slight odor from the floors. But not a big deal. We were in an out very quickly.
