The food was awesome. Service was wonderful. Our waitress had the best sense of humor. This is probably the best breakfast I have had in a long time. This is a great way to start off your day. This was a fun place to stop for breakfast! When we went it was moderately busy and took close to and hour to get our food. Our server was nice and the food tasted great! It was a little pricey though for what we got.

This place has the best food ever! I can’t believe how wonderful my food is. I had the Gravy, biscuit, and egg” I’m almost ready to move here just to be able to eat here all the time. My husband is really happy with his “Garbage Omelet “. The best ever! The atmosphere is great. The waitress was super friendly and helpful. Our coffee cups were never empty.

Our Place is a real small town, down home, every day breakfast eatery. Diane and Steve keep this place looking and running like the valuable asset to the community that it is! The food is GREAT. You get what you pay for. This is NOT a Custer or Hill City restaurant that over-charges you and under-feeds you. This is a place for locals who want to connect with their neighbors and other residents of the town – and for the transient seasonal vacation crowd to enjoy as well!
The interior is full of decorations from the 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s that I would see at my Grandma’s country house – things that make you feel like you are part of the family here in this place. The food is traditional, country diner fare – it tantalizes the taste buds, comforts the mind, and sticks to your ribs.
Diane is a kind and thoughtful waitress/server with a smile, a kind word, and good heart.
Steve makes a KILLER meal – no matter what you are ordering he does a great job.
We are so thankful to have a place like this in our town, with kind and thoughtful people like this who have made a great places for us to go and share in Custer culture!

This place is wonderful. They have a small and friendly staff. The food was really good. Good enough for me to write a review and sing some praise. Portions and pricing are very fair and good. The omelette in the picture is “3 eggs” but it looks like 5 or 6.
The place has funny signs and caters more towards an adult audience but nothing too crazy for kids to see. I really enjoyed my experience and recommend others to come enjoy too! Our place made me feel like I was at our home with the environment and quality of food.

Quaint. Kitschy. Huge platefuls of home cooked food. You will not leave this place hungry. The servers were delightful, even bringing me extra fruit since I’m gluten free and couldn’t have the toast. It’s not a fancy place but the food and friendly service are worth coming for.

It’s my dad’s favorite breakfast spot he takes us to every time we come out and visit. The coffee is a little weak, the food is very basic, but it’s a great value and a small town diner vibe. Don’t ever change it, Steve!

Awesome small town Cafe. Staff was great, coffee was on point and the food didn’t disappoint. We were up in the area on vacation for the 4th of July weekend. Our Place was the only spot in the area open by 0600 so we took the chance, and glad we did.
