Just a small town cafe run by some super sweet older women. Felt like going to grandma’s for breakfast and it was wonderful. Food took a bit but was delicious. Only thing I would have improved would be some music since its not a large cafe with a small kitchen it was pretty quiet and you could hear everyone’s conversations pretty clearly.

The wife and I both had the 1/4lb hamburger and they were great. I was told that the buns and the chips were homemade. Both excellent . The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was both quick and friendly. We’ll be back next time we’re in town.

A great cafe. Delicious salad bar. The food is all definitely home made and has a great taste. The service was fast. On the way to the restroom I peeked into the kitchen and it looks pretty nice and clean back there.

Enjoyed every bit of our meal. Homemade everything. Wife had Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed and Green Beans. It was just like my great aunt used to make! Chicken Fry done on the flat top, Mashed Potatoes were real potatoes, Green Beans reminded me of fresh from the garden as a kid. Just before they were canned. I had a bacon cheeseburger and fresh cut fries. Burger bun homemade soft a fluffy, patty and bacon were cooked well with fresh veggies. Fried pickles house made crispy. Hawaiian Delight cake was just that delightful! Highly recommend! Will be back next time in Sayre! Service was great! Also the thing that makes a great hometown cafe! The Sweet Tea!

Fantastic Home Cooked Meal. Everything is made fresh and from scratch. They had a chocolate cake for dessert that tasted exactly like my grandma used to make. Highly reccomed if you’re in town.

We were traveling, stopped in Sayre for lunch, happened to see this family cafe & decided to try it. Loved it!! Friendly atmosphere. Very caring service. Great home-cooking’! We shared the special: meatloaf, mashed taters & gravy, pinto beans, rolls, German choc cake, & iced tea. If we’re ever back this way we will definitely stop here again!

This is a wonderful family run cafe. We stopped on our way back from Tulsa to Amarillo. The food was amazing. My husband had the homemade meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy. He loved it. The waitress was the owner and she had made the meatloaf that morning. I had a hamburger with homemade chips. One of the best burgers I have had in a very long time. The bun was made fresh that morning. We also had butter pecan cake with icing that was made with carmel. It was delicious and really moist. Our whole two meals with drinks was under $20! We are toying with the idea of driving there for Thanksgiving meal. It is located in Sayer along hwy 40. You will miss out if you don’t stop at this gem.
