I’m a little late in writing this review. In July my daughter and I were traveling through on the way home from vacation and stopped in Alamogordo for the night. We started our final trip home by having breakfast in a place that reminded us of our local diner. The gentleman who greeted us was so pleasant. We loved that they knew the names and orders for the usual people that came in, and that this was a small town cafe in all manor of being. We ordered the Mountain Man, thinking this was going to be a regular breakfast. We should have split one! It was huge and soooo good! The entire time we were there we were checked on with friendly conversations and inquiries of our home town and our travels. It was a treat that I can recommend to anyone going through the area. Keep in mind their portion size when you order. You get a lot more than you pay for. These are wonderful people!

Just had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at this little café. It’s an obvious local hub. First thing, we are greeted by a town resident with a friendly, ” Sit wherever you want!”. Young ladies serving us were friendly and our coffee cups were always full. Breakfast was just right and the price can’t be beat. They asked if we were law enforcement or military on checkout, so hubby got a veteran discount on top of the already great price. We’re so glad we found this little gem while traveling through New Mexico.

For the most part food was good but potatoes, bacon, and toast were cold so must have been precooked. The corned beef hash and eggs were quite good. Service was friendly and timely with good prices.

I just had a ham, cheese and mushroom Omlete. Very good. Hash browns were a little greasy but still good. I like them crispy. Service was great. Not a fancy place but good food for a good price.

Brilliant place for breakfast. I am from England on a New Mexico road trip and this is the best place for breakfast so far on my trip. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful, fresh and tasty. The prices are very reasonable as well.
