The employees working there are always very sweet don’t get me wrong but I was very disappointed when I saw my cocamocha late was legit half empty when I went to take a sip. She put half late & the rest whipped cream…. Not what I ordered but ok. They mess up my orders all the time, moral of the story is go somewhere else, don’t waste your time. Walked in and waiting in line for 20-30 minutes. Made it to the front of the line by people walking out due to the wait time. Only two employees are on the clock, no manager to be found. I got one of my drinks and have been waiting almost half an hour for the other one. Also seen cars in the drive thru backing up and leaving due to the wait. A lot needs to change about this location

Watched a employee pet a customers dog in the drivethru and when asked that they wash there hands before touching my food they proceeded to accuse us of lying saying no one touched the dog and that person is allergic to dogs and would never do that. Absolutely rude behavior and disgusting food safety standards.

I was the only person in line at the register. I waited a full 10 minutes to be served. I got the meal deal. My bagel was cold. My cheese was cold. My egg was cold. The bacon had a touch of wharf to it. My hashbrowns were barely warm. When I told the young lady behind the register that my food was called, and I asked her if she wanted to feel that the food was cold. She said no I asked if she’d like me to just throw it away and she snapped at me and said well I can’t take it back. Just put it in the trash very harshly. This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever walked into in my entire life. There was also food all over the outside of the bag that I didn’t see or expect and it ended up smearing all over my nice shirt.

Honestly deserves 0 stars. My children and I faithfully go to Dunkin’ Donuts multiple times a day and find it absolutely absurd the condition of this Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot. The pot holes, condition of the drive thru road way and maintenance is AWFUL!!! It’s went way down hill & only seeming to get worse. To add the entire parking lot looks like trash. Lately the service has been awfully slow. Customer service here has deteriorated. Please re-do the entire parking lot so us customers aren’t catching flat tires & ruining our vehicles. (Even if you can’t afford to maintain the whole parking lot, atleast patch all the pot holes and clean it up. Sad to see.

Food is mid as usual. They were out of lots of bread for sandwiches, so i only had 3 choices. The service was good and the staff was friendly. They always seem to be training new people.

This is the second time I’ve order the Iced Brown sugar shaken espresso, and both times it is absolutely horrible. Not sure I’ll be back again. I’d rather make my own coffee at the store then taste something disgusting. Just wish your employees would make what people ask not just toss something together and call it good. Just made cup of coffee at circle k down the street and it was absolutely amazing. Think twice people, I wish I did. Dunks isn’t what it use to be.
