Been here before but today seemed perfect. The weather was great. A beautiful October day that felt like summer which definitely lifts the mood. Atmosphere was excellent. Live piano music playing as we ate brunch.

I had the frittata which was light and airy and delish. My hubby had a type of pulled pork panini with queso. Good was yummy!

The doors were all open. Vibe was great. So many options fur seating. Bar, main dining room. Outside patio and front side room. A party here would probably be really nice as they can section areas off.

If you’re visiting the area it’s a nice stop to relax and enjoy.

Our second visit and I raved about the first one. This time we ordered a Cuban sandwich and a pulled pork sandwich. I am Cuban and mine was the Cuban-basically a pulled pork sandwich with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. That is not a Cuban sandwich. However, because it was on a ciabatta roll, it held up. My husband’s on a much softer roll fell apart. Too juicy and too much pork. Tasty but…great fried though.
Service was fantastic. The best service we’ve had in a long time.
We were in the spacious back room. Lots of glass, an open kitchen. It was crowded and piano was playing and the noise level was unbearable. My Apple watch gave me a loudness alert! A very negative experience.

Cozy and the food is delicious. We enjoyed the mussels (so good we ordered a second round), salmon and tagliatelle pasta. Everything was seasoned well and fresh. The dinner rolls were so good too! A secret treat. Our waitress Siena was a total sweetheart – made the experience all the better.

We walked in randomly after a hike at Tallman Park and strolling through the Sunday Farmer’s Market. Food was delicious and was treated to an amazing live piano music. Can’t wait to go back when they have more live music

Otto’s is a gem in quaint Piermont, NY. We’ve been here a number of times and always enjoyed the unique vibe (tasteful, cozy, eclectic in an old auto garage). The food is really flavorful and well-prepared – I especially enjoyed the Faroe Island Salmon I had last night. The thick cut of salmon was *perfectly* seared on the outside and not a hint of over-doneness.

I also want to point out that the evening that we went was uniquely busy, even for Otto’s. There was a big private celebration in the back of the restaurant and full tables in the front. The owner(?) of the restaurant was on the floor the whole time. We have seen how sometimes owners or managers will disrupt the flow of service but this gentleman was doing everything from cleaning down an empty table, to bringing drink orders out. This is a popular spot, so making a reservation in advance definitely helps.

My wife and I had our post-wedding ceremony celebration at Otto’s in their back room. We couldn’t have been happier. Josh and David helped us select a menu for the occasion and created a personalized printed menu. Josh set up the room beautifully with the decorations we provided. The room was beyond expectations when we arrived and the staff including our amazing server Billy were kind and attentive during our dinner which was delicious. Our guests were super impressed. Otto’s was already a special place for us and even more so now. Thank you!

Food, service, atmosphere all top of the line. My first time here and will not be last! Just a great dining experience. Pictured are the rigatoni- was a little too spicy for my dinner companion. Filet mignon in demi glace absolutely divine!!!

First time at Otto’s was an unbelievable experience. Hostess and wait staff were fantastic and Billy the owner came over as well to see how things were going. A great place for dinner with friends, the apps are shareable and drinks and well done. Looking forward to returning for the Rigatoni and Almond cake dessert.

I loved the vibe and beautiful place.
The server is really helpful and check everything that you need. The valet service is great.
We ordered red wine and cocktail Dejavu (tequila based) and the cocktail is really nice. Must to try.

For the food: we ordered Bread basket, sweet potato fries, Spaghetti Alle Vongole with Shrimp, and Tagliatelle Al Tartufo. Must to try the tagliatelle!!
