They charge extra for everything! I had a beef BBQ potato and they charged extra for the extra butter since the scoop wasn’t full enough I asked for more… Then there’s bacon that I was charged extra for. I can get butter and bacon on a potato at all the other BBQ places like Charlie’s and definitely Pappas. The only reason I go to Ottos is for the convenience. But I will take the “extra” walk so that I don’t have to pay “extra” for condiments that are a part of the order everywhere else.

The Otto’s I visited has very fast of friendly service, the wait for your food is not long even when there are a few people had a you. I had the bacon cheeseburger. It was very good all except for the bun. I was not a fan of their bread selection at all. The combo comes with steak fries the fries are great. I paid a little over $9 for a cheeseburger fry combo with their drink. I do feel that that was a little expensive for what I received. The Burger was good, just not anything to dream about.

HOSPITAL GRADE BBQ! I had the brisket and sausage and both we mediocre with almost zero flavor. The potato salad and coleslaw were no different. It’s only saving grace is it’s close by if you work downtown. Do yourself a favor and find a higher quality BBQ joint on another day.

Without any doubt, this is by far the worst BBQ (ribs, brisket, sides) that I’ve ever had. And it’s not even close. Tastes like I imagine dog food would taste. Couldn’t finish, which is a first in my life. I was almost gagging by the end and had to tap out.

Recently I have been craving to eat some fresh, tender and delicious food and decided to try ottos bbq, As we walked in I told the staff was extremely kind and very helpful while I try to decide what to get.The BBQ we ordered was 2 & 3 meat plates with a drink. And the food was good no I mean GREAT! I normally don’t eat everything, but I did. Everything was cook perfectly and we savored every bite. We enjoyed the bread too. We will travel back to eat our BBQ here. Thank you all for your quality service. 🙂

Not bad, the brisket was delicious but their sides could be better. The broccoli casserole was insanely salty. I took 3 bites and could not continue. The potato salad had good flavor but the potatoes were so hard.
