Primarily a burger bar, we also showcase weekly specials prepared from scratch in house with local and seasonal products. We also operate a seasonal food truck in the Kingston Region from April through November. The brick and mortar location at 2792 Princess Street is also home to Mac’s Chocolate & Bakeshop, showcasing scratch prepared in-house Chocolate, hand made Brioche Donuts, tarts, Croissants, Pain au Chocolate, Baked Goods, Seasonal Soft Serve and more.

My daughter had just finished a volleyball tournament and we wanted something quick to eat before the three hour drive home. Both my daughter and I have celiac so we needed a place with gluten free options. Otter Creek Kitchen was perfect! My husband and I both ordered the Smoke-eh Canuck and my daughter ordered the Lil’ Otter and we all shared an order of extra large fries. The BEST burger I’ve ever had and my daughter said the same about hers. The gluten free bun did NOT fall apart, the patty was delicious and the topping were perfect. The fries reminded me of ski chalet fries, which in my opinion are the best fries you can get.

We had Otter Creek cater our wedding this past Saturday and they totally exceeded our expectations. We really wanted a brunch buffet spread for our wedding dinner. After reaching out to many catering places, Otter Creek was the only place that showed any enthusiasm for our vision. They created a custom menu for us, provided a very transparent quote, and even reduced the quote when they found savings later on (so impressed by this). Their communication throughout the planning process was wonderful. When the big day arrived, they setup an incredible spread of frittatas, meats, fruit, baked goods, and everyone’s favourite, a waffle station. They took the time to assist all our guests, ensure everyone was satisfied, and even helped clear plates. We cannot recommend Otter Creek enough. Thank you Will and Francois for making our day perfect!

Cool burger ideas. Got the bacon and blue cheese – flavours were good but it was a little skimpy on the beef. You cant throw tomato on a burg and have it be thicker than the patty.
Fries were excellent though. The boys working the counter were great.
A little steep but if youre around and want a burg then its not a bad spot to hit up.

There were several kinds of burgers with different and special combinations. We had the Smok-Eh Canuck and Big Kahuna. The burgers were so juicy and tasty. The buns are baked in their own store and they tasted very good. The fresh cut fries were very crispy! The service was impressive!! The servers were very knowledgeable about their menu. Since we needed to take the burger back to Toronto, they recommended that we take the Buddha bowl and add a patty so that it isn’t soggy. However, the buns were so tasty that we ordered the O.C. Wagyu burger and asked them to pack the toppings separately. They did a great job and when we had it at home after several hours, my hubby said it’s very yummy!! The best part is – it is dog friendly inside the restaurant as well!! I definitely recommend this place for their delicious food and excellent service!

My husband and I were here for dinner last. We both ordered the 5oz Wagyu beef burger and large FF with gravy on the side.
The Burger was amazing and delicious, I could tell it was a different “better” beef patty, the bun was fresh. We devoured our burgers. The FF however were not the best. It seems like they had been fried twice. Prob the second time to heat them up for us and I think this created an oily almost hollow FF. We had to pick through the fries to get the bigger FF to eat as there were too many over cooked pieces at the bottom. The Gravy was thin for our liking however this may be how they make it all the time so I have nothing to compare it with as we have never been. The Staff were all so nice I liked hearing they work and talk, its a nice atmosphere. We will def be back again for the burger. The best in Kingston

Fantastic poutine! Home made gravy absolutely to die for! We also ordered the salad and the dressing was just perfect! A must stop if you’re passing through Kingston. Skip the En Route and go there.

We hired Francois and Will to cater our law firm Partnership Dinner at my house. They arrived promptly, were well-prepared and we were treated like royalty throughout. The menu included multiple courses – charcuterie, crab legs and drawn butter, a chicken course, perfectly cooked Beef Wellington (Waygu tenderloin) with a gorgeous sauce – lots of yummy sides and a sticky toffee pudding for dessert. They packaged the leftovers up for the fridge, and cleaned up so well you’d never know we’d had a dinner at all. I highly recommend Otter Creek Kitchen for your next catered event. Five Stars!

Otter Creek has been a go to spot for great burgers and fries. We loved them so much, we asked if they could cater our wedding, we wanted a brunch buffet and they agreed with enthusiasm! The quote was fair and the service was excellent. The event went off without a hitch and all our guests really enjoys the variety of the buffet.
