I love this food truck (trailer)! Proprietor is always really friendly, and damn can he cook! You can get anything from basic to very creative sandwiches, burgers and other options. I’ve had a wide variety over the last year and everything was delicious and made with high quality ingredients. Thankfully for me, they’re not open every day or I’d be fatter and more broke than I already am.
Some pro-tips: the best way to see when and where they’re serving is to find their Facebook page where they post their hours for the week regularly (OTB: Off The Bench Food Truck and Catering. You can order online with their Square site, that link can be found on their Google listing or on the FB page. If they are at a large event, like the county fair, be patient because it’s worth the wait.

Food was great, hamburgers were a bit bland but they were well made over all. The service however was , I get that it’s stressful catering for a rodeo but damn. Ordered chicken tenders, asked for extra ranch and the gal at the window looked like she wanted to deep fry me. Little sister asked for ketchup having ordered fries a few minutes prior and going back to get more sauce and the lady looked at her and said ‘have you even ordered from us?’.. insert kind of dumbfounded look before she begrudgingly hands over one packet of ketchup. We would have gladly paid for any extra condiments given the option. Tipped 15-20% with each order so not sure why so hostile. Food was great and I don’t blame them for being stressed but just a bit off putting.

I’ve had the pleasure of eating from the food truck a couple times – both times the food was wonderful. I would love to eat there more often, and if the truck was open more than 2 days a week I definitely would! If you get a chance to try them out, the french dip is out of this world!

I’ve called a few times to place an order for take out about 2weeks ago the owner candace snapped on me when I asked what they did have since they didnt have their regular menu items and she said I dont have time to hear you complain about what we dont have and hung up on me . And all I asked was what they did have and then I tried to call tonight to place an order and it picks up for 10 seconds and hangs up. Update go in there to get a meal and the owner candace comes out says your number is blocked for a reason go find food elsewhere

The Bench grill is a great place hidden in the Marbelton Inn in Marbelton Wyoming.
I had a taco salad which filled with meat and the lettuce was crisp. The mountains around the community are a great place to disappear from humanity and relax. Drop into town for food then back out to the woods, it makes a great place to vacation.
