Staff very rude and not friendly. We ordered food and got delivered the wrong one. When we called the only excuse was they were busy and did not verify the order when dasher picked them up and they admitted that they usually check but this time they didn’t and instead of helping and when I asked for the manager the staff just hang up the phone while I was talking and when we try to call again nobody answer and we tried about 10 times. This kind of behavior is the one that will bring good business down the drain.
*How about you mentioning how you started the conversation with my wife… not even once you apologized not a single sorry instead you sounded like you are getting irritated and how about telling a paying customer that you do not have time for this and hanging up the phone while I was still talking.. is that being professional? And that is exactly my point you guys don’t have control over your food they anybody can just walk in not check in with you or your staff and walk out with free food. This is what I was trying to explain to you on the phone but you got irritated because I’m telling you how to do you job properly to eliminate mistakes like this but and then you hang up the phone while I was still talking. We are not even asking for free food to fix the issue, just show some importance to your paying customers and maybe try thinking outside of the box if you are really trying and willing to help instead of telling us you don’t have time and just hang up the phone and when we try to call back we were unable to connect to you phone and we tried mulling times. You didn’t even introduce yourself, your name and that you are the manager and I still don’t know your name. Thats how bad you started the conversation. Well I hope your boss can see how you represent their business, and just so you know there are more complaints about the quality of service you guys provide.

My wife got a crab boil but unfortunately, they were out of sausage which to me is crazy ,price for everything was alright will say atmosphere is pretty good bonus they play sports, even after you eat the stores near by is a vibe to walk to, customer service is good at times felt like they just got busy and forgot about us sometimes

First of all you did false advertising for saying all you can eat sushi from dates 2/2/26 to 2/28/26. when i asked about all you can on Saturday are server said you were only doing Monday thru Thursday. I even have the picture which is does not say only Monday thru Thursday so that false advertising. Two i asked for combo A and requested the garlic butter and lemon pepper medium heat and none of that was in my combo. Very disappointed with the everything. what a waste of my Saturday and on top of that the server walked away when my guest was ready to order. that did not make any sense

I have eaten here several times and the food has always been amazing. However today the service was awful.
The waiter managed to mess up all of our orders. We were very nice and understand because things happen right. Well after having to fix 12 mistakes and argue that our order was wrong (them lying to us and stating the 1/2 pound of shrimp was 2 pounds) and waiting extra
30 minutes for all of the fixes. We realized that the waiter was avoiding us. We had to ask multiple times for stuff to be refilled or utensils to be given. We had to wave someone down because we had seen that the corn they finally brought us was half eaten a whole side missing or that they had only brought us head on shrimp not headless. We tried not to be rude. However when they brought us the check with no mention of a discount or even an apology, we asked for the manager.
She came over with an attitude and when I pointed out the multiple mistakes she replied with “well you got it and ate it” and then continues to state that the most she could offer was 10%. We argued and finally I conceded to 20% to just be able to leave. If she had start giving the check with a discount and apology the issue would have been forgiven, however her attitude and the rest of the staff was so awful I don’t know if I Can ever be their customer again.

Do not listen to the fake curated Reviews by the professional reviewers because obviously they got compensation for a good review here. My review is real. I was a first time customer and I will never be going back.
They charged me for headless, peeled shrimp And they gave me Shrimp with head . I ordered a shrimp boil 1 pound to go and most of the shrimp was just the head , no body and no tail. They literally just threw a bunch of shrimp heads from their trash It looked like with a very few whole shrimps. More than half a pound was just the sauce. It’s a complete waste of $ 22. I asked for Spicy level 10 and they gave me level two. I called and she said that the tail and the Head came apart, but clearly I counted 2x more head than the actual shrimp. They packed it up with just the shells and heads. Besides, the flavor of the sauce is just bland!
It’s even worst to get it to go because they will cheat you on your order! What a waste of money, please avoid.
