Well after a hiatus, I’m back. 272 check ins on Yelp over the years. Owner no longer comes in nor does his kids still work here. Only one familiar person left. Food is still fabulous and wait staff and host are the sweetest. Place is dated, but is kept clean. Prices are in line with just about everyone else. Lumberjack on the special board is a favorite. Thick cut bacon, grits, apples and b&g with 2 eggs is a feast.

I enjoyed a delicious breakfast here on Small Business Saturday with my Step Mom. I ordered a skillet and loved all the flavors. Our server was friendly, and attentive the entire time. This restaurant is charming and has all the small-town feels. I look forward to coming back to trying something else off their menu!

Pretty good Blueberry Sensation Pancakes, nice and warm compote. The hot chocolate had to many marshmallows inside and out for my liking but reasonably priced food and they only accept cash. My son got the Mickey Mouse Pancakes with milk for $5. Very friendly staff and I saw them cleaning every time someone left a table and they are wearing masks.

What can’t you love about this place. Great food in a small diner like environment. Friendly staff and good ol home cooked offerings. Breaded chicken sandwich was great quality and the chicken skillet was fresh and tasty! It’s CASH only.

Love this place and have been coming here for years! Never have been disappointed! Great old school breakfast and lunch place and the food is amazing! If I’d think of classic Amaricana food and atmosphere you’re going to get it here! Can’t recommend it enough!

A little restaurant with a small bathroom. I had the French toast with blueberry compote and a side of 2 bacon and hash brown. I also got a strawberry smoothie. The food and smoothie were both very good reminds me of home recipes but better, I could tell the chef put effort into making the food. It did take a little long to get my food but it was also busy. The only complaint I would have is the compote had some bad blueberries in it, but I don’t expect them to investigate each berry so it’s not there fault.

We decided to try somewhere new and ventured to this cute restaurant. It has a mom and pop type feel and the staff is friendly. Our food was hot and fresh and they seemed very organized. It’s a small restaurant so the only downfall is you might have to wait and there isn’t a lot of room inside. I highly recommend it for breakfast.
