Late review but I came in on a Tuesday night and got seated immediately. QR code ordering was a breeze and everything came out super fast. My partner and I got a bunch of different things to try, their cocktails are amazing and we tried an amaro flight. The staff were all super kind and hard working. I love Osteria and will keep coming back!!

I recently took my partner Ronnie and our friend Melissa here to celebrate a huge milestone for us (buying our new commercial building!), and we absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for to mark the occasion.
We started with some cocktails—the Negroni Sbagliato and Quince Spritzes were fantastic. For dinner, we shared the Gnocchi and the Tre Carne pizza (sausage, salami, pancetta), and both were incredible. Do not skip dessert: we finished with the Cannoli and the Zeppole (Italian doughnuts), which were the perfect end to the meal.
Stellar food, great drinks, and a wonderful vibe. Highly recommend!

The attention to detail, quality ingredients, and knowledgeable staff deserve a 5 star rating. You would never know by looking at the building how good the food is. Genuine Italian flavors in the heart of Eugene Oregon. Yes, stop by no matter how long the wait. You will not be disappointed.

Food was so fresh and amazing. Out of all the spots in Eugene this is definitely my personal favorite! The star of the show had to be the pizza which was top tier, honestly a top 5 pizza I’ve had in my life. Would definitely come back here again. Food came out pretty quick as well. Only down side of this place is the wait time, but besides that, no complaints!

This place is FIRE! The salad DOP was fresh and so tasty. And the rigatoni was perfect – rich but not over the top. Wish I took a picture but I ate it too fast :/ After that I was pretty stuffed but still found room for the cannoli which was unreal. My new favorite Italian spot in Eugene!

We arrived late after an event 30 minutes before closing and they were still very accommodating at serving us. The ordering is very simplified being able to order and pay, individually, and not wait for a server. I’ve only experienced this in one other restaurant which was in Paris. More restaurants should incorporate this.

We ordered the olive and the fava beans apps. The fava bean spread was delicious and a nice alternative to hummus. The pizzas were savory and one had a nice kick (can’t remember what the name). Each pizza serves a little more of than one person.

We sat outside as a party of six. We enjoyed our experience and would definitely return.

Not entirely impressed, have heard everyone RAVE about this resteraunt so I think I had higher expectations then I should’ve.

The seating set up is a little odd, when we walked in we were told the Chef’s table was full (which is fine, we didn’t make a reservation and weren’t planning on getting a front row seat) but they then directed us to sit along the wall. Not really a big deal for us but it wasn’t very wide and the cement wall just being in your face is, interesting? But the interior is still nice, clean and cute.

The food was good. Small portions but yummy. Everyone has raved about their pizza, so my boyfriend got one, it unfortunately was undercooked (still slightly doughy) but the flavors were amazing! We also placed pizzas to go and they were cooked all the way and I would agree it’s top tier!

Service was okay. They were attentive to water but because of QR code ordering there’s very little interaction with any staff.

It’s kind of funny but also was not a fan in the moment. On a seperate occasion I was craving a margarita (drink) and wanted to go have a cocktail somewhere nice. Wasn’t sure if Osteria had a full bar so we called to ask- this is how the convo went;

“Hi do you all serve margaritas?”
“Like the pizza?”
“No, like the cocktail. We’re looking for a place to come sip on a margarita and get some apps and weren’t sure if you served those”
“This is Italian, not Mexican”

End of convo. So I guess they don’t serve margaritas? Or maybe my question was insensitive idk
Anywho probably won’t be returning. Food was good but not super impressed with anything else.

This place gets busy with a line formed outside before they even open. We managed to get a spot facing the wall, but we still really enjoyed our time. I wouldn’t come with a large group, this gave me more of a date-night vibe atmosphere. Pizza and drinks are great. We’ll definitely try their pizza to-go next time, I noticed they get quite a bit of to-go orders.

Food was good, but had issues. Spaghetti was very salty (lots of capers). The pizza crust on my Amalfi was quite soggy, but the sauce was great.

Setup and service is utterly lacking. There is no waitstaff. To order, you must use your phone. The wines are presented like any other “item for sale”, but they are in no categories, and almost none of the initial icons to choose tell you even if they are Italian, red, white, etc…. You have to click on that wine to see its category. A simple wine list is needed. And there is no waitstaff to coordinate your meal. My pizza came out fifteen minutes before my wife’s spaghetti.

After you do all the order scrolling, reviewing, selecting, field filling, and even payment submission yourself, and no waitstaff engages with you EVEN TO REFILL WATERS, the software actually asks you to add a tip!
