It’s a cute little restaurant and is welcoming and cozy. There’s some parking in front but a bigger lot in the back. There’s bar seating as well as smaller tables.

We got a couple drinks, a few rolls to try, as well as calamari and edamame. The edamame was made well, the calamari was good but it was mostly breading, and the rolls were good. The drinks were made well, a bit strong but overall good. I recommend the cocktail with lychee because it was sweet and paired well with sushi rolls that were more savor.
The sushi seems fresh and high quality. There are a lot of different choices for rolls, you can’t really go wrong. I like that they make the rolls pretty filled and fresh. Overall, it was pretty good and well made!

Staff was nice and accommodating. Our server answered questions and was patient with us.

I would recommend and come back for sushi, drinks, and the service!

This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend. They had quite an extensive menu. Lot of items to choose from. I had ordered octopus sashimi and stone pot bibimbap. Sashimi was okayish but bibimbap was really good. It was freshly cooked and I loved it.

The restaurant was clean, staffs were polite, and the environment was quiet and chilled. Also, there’s sufficient parking space both in front of the restaurant as well as in the back.

Overall, a good experience.

Amazing sushi rolls, our favorite is the oshio roll that has a little bit of everything in it. Miso soup is also delicious and the service is great. It’s our favorite sushi spot in Columbus!

I’ve given Ocio Sushi two chances now, and both times I ordered their buy-one-get-one spicy tuna rolls — and both times the rolls were almost entirely cucumber. There was barely any spicy tuna in them at all. What makes this worse is that the menu doesn’t mention cucumber anywhere in the description, so you’re expecting a normal spicy tuna roll and instead getting what feels like a filler roll.

It comes off really suspicious, especially when it’s specifically the BOGO rolls that are packed with cucumbers instead of the actual protein you paid for. If they’re going to do that, they should at least advertise it honestly instead of surprising customers with something completely different.

On top of that, the rolls were sloppy and fell apart when you picked them up AND they didn’t include chopsticks the last two times I ordered. After the first time, I ordered again thinking maybe it was just a mistake — but clearly it wasn’t.

Between the misleading roll descriptions and the missing basics, I won’t be ordering from here again. Just be upfront about what’s in the food instead of cutting corners on the BOGO specials.

Fresh sushi, nice ambience and wonderful service. Can’t beat their salmon nigiri and their Grandview Roll is amazing.

This place was recommended to me by a co-worker. And I took them on their word , that the food was good. And best believe the food was good. I ordered the chicken wings, which they were PHENOMENAL! Also I tired the Sushi panini, which was amazing! And then I tried two of special sushi rolls, which was some of the best sushi I have ever had. The service was amazing. Everyone was so kind and the restaurant vibe was very laid back and chill. I truly looking forward to coming back and trying more food on the menu! I definitely would give my overall experience a 11/10!

Service was great, and the restaurant was very clean.

The only reasons why a star was taken off is because most of the sushi was not fresh. The freshest piece we had here was the salmon. All of the fish used was pre-cut, (not freshly cut). (We know this because we sat at the sushi bar.)

The other reason why I took a star off is because the chef forgot to add on the salmon roe for our sake don (a critical ingredient for this type of don). We asked about it, and they added the salmon roe on for us immediately.

We would not recommend this place because other places do indeed have fresher sushi.

It was my first visit to this restaurant. There were plenty of options in the meal. The pork ramen is tasty. They grilled the surface of the pork a bit to enhance the depth of the flavor. The sushi is tasty, but not the top notch. The tempura shrimp roll was wonderful.

The vibe of the restaurant is great, but feel like it is a little bit under staff in the peak hours.

The choice of dessert is a bit disappointing. I expect there would be some ice cream or mochi serving but none is available. There is only one option of dessert in the menu.

Hands down, this is the best sushi in Columbus. The service is consistently top-notch, and the sushi rolls are absolutely amazing. You really can’t go wrong with any of the rolls, but my personal favorites are the Friday Night, Oshio, Mt. Fiji, and Mt. Kita.
Highly recommend!
