Stopped in because it was too cold to keep going but found a gem. The staff was amazing and the selection awesome. I really like that they had so many football games on, they had the pool tables and dart board. The second time I stopped in they had karaoke. Definitely recommend stopping by if you want a good beer and great service.

100% dive bar. The updlstairs bartender was worthless as she spent most of the night chatting with her friends. The bathrooms were flooded and water and tissue was tracked down the hallway.
The bartender was so focused on her friends that she didn’t see one of them steel one of our drinks, when we told her she was indifferent.
I love a good old simple bar but this one is a dump and probably not the best place to go if you don’t want your drinks stolen.

LGBT friendly should be put in practice. My friends visited this bar and were very very uncomfortable with the fellow patrons who were staring and whispering as they sat trying to enjoy their drinks throughout their visit. They are girlfriends and one is non binary and they ended up leaving and not finishing their drinks 🙁

Great place, great vibe, great people.
I looked into potentially hosting a private event at O’Shaughnessy’s, and although I ended up going in a different direction for logistical reasons, I was SO impressed by the kindness and consideration shown by Jimmy and Sam, and by the all-around friendly, chill environment of the space. I’ll definitely be wanting to hang out here in the future!

This is my third time visiting O’Shaugnessy’s and every time I’ve come in, it’s been an absolute vibe. I’ve been here on a Saturday night when the bartenders are hustling and they absolutely kill it and tonight I came on Monday when it was bit slower and that’s when they really show their charm. Cierra especially was taking time to converse with the myself and the other patrons. That’s how you bring people back! If you want a great atmosphere, this is the place to be.

There is nothing Irish or sports bar about this place, so the name has nothing to do with what’s going on inside. This is a dive bar/pool hall that reeks of cloves…and has club volume music…so it’s hard to have any conversation. But if you want to play pool and smoke/vape with loud music…have at it.

Came in here on a Friday night, pool tables upstairs were open ($10/hr) and not too crowded, it was super easy to get a drink, lots of different specials on offer! Me and my buddies did the (Tullamore) Dew and Brew a couple times and played some pool, there was a live band downstairs (no cover) and the bathrooms were clean. Would absolutely recommend.

We visit the place, grabbed a few drinks, and the prices were very fair, especially for being on King Street. The bar staff was friendly, fast, and attentive, even though the place was packed. The live music is amazing!
