Staff grill meats at each table and provide friendly, attentive service. Their menu includes a variety of a la carte items and diverse BBQ combo options, all of which come with refillable sides, corn cheese, and soybean soup.
The Oseyo Combo 1 features brisket, marinated rib fingers, pork belly, and marinated pork ribs, enough for two. The seasonings for the marinated meats are high-quality, well-balanced, and not overly sweet, unlike at many all-you-can-eat barbecue places. We appreciated the high standards of the meats. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and spacious, with unique contemporary hanging lighting throughout.

I had a truly wonderful dining experience at Oseyo Korean BBQ.
The quality of the meat was outstanding—top-tier cuts served in generous portions. What impressed me most was how the meat was not over-marinated, allowing the natural flavor of the fresh, premium beef to really shine. Every bite tasted elegant, clean, and high-quality.
The side dishes were equally excellent. They were simple, authentic, and not overly seasoned, staying true to traditional flavors rather than going in a fusion direction. That restraint made everything taste even better and more refined.
The naengmyeon was another highlight. It wasn’t the typical, ordinary version—you could tell the broth was carefully and thoughtfully prepared, and the noodles were perfectly cooked with a great chewy texture.
Overall, everything felt carefully prepared and thoughtfully presented, making us feel genuinely well taken care of throughout the meal.
A special shout-out to our server, Danny, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. His service truly elevated the entire experience.

Best Korean BBQ I’ve had so far around the area. We had the beef combo(busy eating so forgot to take photos ) which included four kinds of beef. The server did an awesome job. Every kind of meat was cooked just right, very tender and juicy. Love the seafood pancake too. My mom was already planning next visit here.

This was our first time at Oseyo, and we loved it. Our waitress was extremely kind and got us what we needed and made our food great. We loved the ribeye steak, very good quality and decent quantity for the price. We met the part franchise owner Scott which asked us how our dinner was and asked for feedback and that was a nice touch to make our dinner friendly and homey. Highly recommend Oseyo for Korean BBQ, as their quality food is great and their staff is extremely friendly and professional.

If you like Meokja Meokja, then this spot is a pretty good contender! Meats are a bit better in quality here!
if you’re into it, GET THEIR COLD NOODLES. One of the best we’ve had! And their STEAM EGG, omg like the serving size was like for 4 people, egg was overflowing from the top it was amazing. The steam egg is quite heavy though, since it’s pretty dense versus the usual light a fluffy once we always see. Not my favorite, but still pretty good.

Pleasantly surprised. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Side dishes were good and refilled quickly, without asking. The meat was very good and generously portioned. The Marinated Kalbi was well marbled with excellent flavor. The Thick Cut Pork Belly was very fresh tasting. Definitely will be back.

Stopped here with a few colleagues for dinner. This place is similar to Honest Grill or Meokja Meokja. It’s a la carte rather than ayce.
We had party of 8 so we did 2 prime combos. This was definitely enough food for the table. The meats were high quality, similar to Honest grill.
The service was great. They kept things flowing and things were refilled often.
I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend you check this place out if you’re in the mood for some great kbbq.

Thanks for taking my opinion seriously and fix it. This is to prove how important managing staff play a crucial part for an restaurant’s success. Sad that Kevin is not working here anymore, he is one of the greatest staff I’ve ever meet. And the Gyoza are delicious! Thanks you very much!

My latest experience made me come back and redo this review. Our server burnt one of the marinated beefs (visible burnt spots, tasted like burnt sugar when I ate a piece). We reflected the issue and asked for the dish to be replaced and our server agreed. For some reason another server (young asian male with permed hair) came over, looked at the meat and was adamant that it wasn’t burnt and that was “how they did it”. I said it was burnt and you could taste it, and I’ve eaten here enough times to know this wasn’t how they did it. This exchange went back and forth until this guy angrily left. I asked to talk to the manager (we’ve spoken to him multiple times before and he was great), and a third server came and apologized to us and confirmed the dish was indeed burnt and they would replace it. We told him we love this establishment and even though we live 40 miles away we still came here to eat. Our server also took 10% off as an apology. But honestly, I don’t think I’ll risk an experience like this again. Makes me very sad that our favorite K-BBQ place in DMV has fallen off in service.

Honestly better than all the K-BBQ places we’ve tried in Annandale both in food and service. The meats are all high quality cuts and perfectly marinated (we highly recommend the marinated galbi). The combos have good portions for the price, and we definitely getting the Prime beef combo if you like beef. The namyeong is also on point, and is very refreshing if you’re feeling a bit overloaded from all the meats. The staff here actually understand how to grill and cut meat so that it remains tender and juicy. The restaurant was fairly busy but there were no signs of smoke from grilling.
We as a party of 4 adults with a baby stroller came in rather late at 8.30PM after a long day of outlet shopping, but everyone were extremely accommodating and helpful. Our server (I think his name was Kevin) asked us how we liked our meats cooked and delivered perfectly. He constantly asked if we needed more rice, banchan or wrapping lettuce (all unlimited), and continued to serve us 20 minutes past their opening time with a smile. We had to feed our baby during the meal, which meant it took us longer to eat, but not once did we feel rushed. It truly felt like the staff here wanted guests to have the best dining experience possible, so the service far exceeds what you usually find in an establishment at this price point.
This has become our new fav K-BBQ and we’ll definitely make the 1 hour drive from our place just to eat here.
