Best hibachi around!! I’ve been coming here for years, and honestly nothing beats Osaka. The atmosphere, service, entertainment of the talented hibachi chefs, and of course the food, but the HUGE portions will leave you happy that you have leftovers (pro tip- ask your chef for extra garlic butter to take home). I love that your entree comes with veggies, rice, and noodles, as well as they’re delicious miso soup and ginger salad. Their scallops are big, flavorful, and the best I’ve had.

Great place all around. They were slow to fill up drinks. I ran out of beer about 3/4 through our meal. My wife got the steak, and I got the salmon. I preferred the salmon. It was cooked to perfection. The noodles were the right amount of tenderness and flavor. The fried rice had the right amount of taste. The chef was very entertaining and a great cook. Best to get reservations. I will definitely be back.

The display of food, and the staff were very friendly, and the food was very tasty. Probably one of my favorite Japanese steak houses. It was my first time there. The only thing that I thought needed some attention to detail were the floors were very very greasy and slippery.

Where do I even begin. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Gave this place a chance because I noticed somewhat decent reviews but they were completely misleading. Ordered two hibachi dinners, was told each dinner comes with a side of soup, salad, and vegetables. This place will steal your money and barely give you any food. These are the sides of hibachi vegetables they promise you? Two pieces of broccoli and the thinnest small cubes of zucchini what a complete joke for $93 you’d think they’d be a decent restaurant and actually give you what you paid for. The steak and chicken had no seasoning what so ever. Not only that the way they packaged our food was horrible, didn’t even get the chance to try to soup as it was packaged horribly and spilled all over in the bag. I don’t mind spending money on food as long as it’s good and that the service is well I’ll never be coming back to this place, what a waste of hundred dollar bill.

Food was great. Just one complaint, my husband and I took our sons for dinner for our youngest son’s birthday. He turned 8 today and this is his favorite restaurant. Always had great service. We told the cook it was his birthday and asked if they sang or did anything (our son was very excited and waiting for it) his answer was “everyone does something different. We watched the other cooks sing happy birthday at other tables and everyone having a great time. Our cook finished cooking and left. Did nothing. I could see the sadness in our sons face. Hoping management sees this post and will maybe make sure that this doesn’t happen to any other kids who choose this place as their birthday dinner.

Would give zero stars but cant…bugs+rude management. If you can zoom in on the photo, there were flying ants or some sort of flying bug falling from the vents all over us, the table and the grill. When brought to staffs attention we were moved one table over, same issue, then moved to other side of grill area. When management was informed he said he has never heard of it till just now when we said something. He refused to help his paying customers just told us we could leave, he would only do something for us if bugs were in our meal. Well when leaving shocker more bugs were flying around that table too. The hibachi grills around the border of them are so packed with old food, cleaning and customer service is Cleary not a practice here. The only person who seemed to care was our server and another server who said she felt so bad about everything.

Great place for a fun dinner experience, chefs are personable some have more interaction then others but there all awesome, food is great steak and shrimp my favorite, my son loves there sushi as well, it is pricey but you get all lot of food enough for lunch the next day, highly recommend especially for a special occasion!

We made reservations the day before for 5:30. 1 party member was there at 5:30 she was told there was no reservations for our party. Next family arrived 5 minutes later and she was told the reservation was canceled. I arrive at 5:46 and was told there was no reservation made. She explained that she could put us as a walk in for 6pm. All party guests were here by 5:50. At 6:34 we have now been told that we have to wait another 25 minutes because we are penciled in as walk in. Make it make sense. I hope the food is worth all of this. We live in Arizona and our Osaka is top notch and we know how wonderful the food is at our location. Bringing the family here for a birthday celebration and this is their first time here. Not impressed at all by the lack of professionalism and front desk experience with the person check guests in.
