I saw the name Osaka and thought it was going to be great but nothing farther away from great. First you order at the front counter as if you are going to a Chinese joint. That was a red flag I missed so my bad. The waitress was nice though. Let’s talk about the food: The shrimp was cooked good but not teriyaki flavor. The rice had a flood of hibachi sauce on the bottom of the plate and had no more flavor, no eggs and no veggies or anything tasty. Zuchini was chopped so skinny that what I ate was the bare skin of zucchini with the shrimp. The soup was terrible again no flavor and the onion flakes were out dated and suspiciously chewy that made me feel worried. Not sure if is the way people around here like their Japanese food made but this was the biggest deception of Japanese food I’ve had in years.

I’ve never had issues with this establishment until tonight. My son was eating his dinner and noticed a piece of hair in his food. I then called to explain what occurred to see if I could get a new order of food. When I arrived with the plate, the cooks refused to remake my food because they stated it was eaten by my son. The generous employee stated she’d refund my money. I will no longer support this establishment after my experience tonight. I advise everyone to look over your food carefully for hair!

This may be the most average place ive ever been to. No waitress, you have to order at the front desk, no hibachi tables and the hibachi dinner had no seasoning on it. Noodles tasted plain, rice tasted plain and the meat especially tasted plain. The only flavor i got out of this meal was oil. And the white sauce almost made me gag. Everything tasted very bland. Not impressed

I was very satisfied with my meal. I got the special with fried rice, noodles, veggies, chicken, steak, and shrimp. It was so good! Everything was fresh and flavorful. The white sauce (Yum Yum) was the perfect complement to the meat, rice and noodles. Will definitely order this again.

The service is terrible. As soon as we walked in the lady at the front had an attitude. There were 5 of us and we told her we needed a moment to order. She looked at us and very rudely said you still order at the front. Any other time we would come the lady that works after 4 takes us to the table and takes our order. She proceeded to be rude when we went to check out and said we emptied the white sauce container and poured it all over the table when we cleaned up whatever was spilled on the table and was using the bowl and filing the chicken into it. As we were paying she was throwing the receipt onto the counter and having an attitude and proceeded to say we weren’t allowed to come back because we left a mess on the table we told her to go look at the table and see what mess she walked to the table and saw we had cleaned it up and said well you used the whole container of white sauce. When that’s what it’s placed on the table to be used for. She’s always like that when we come in the morning. We will not be back.

When you walk in, there are chairs stacked on each other and storage items right in the front, like someone forgot to clean up for a long time. The menu looks Chinese.
I ordered steak dinner. Steak came in about 5 minutes with practically raw mushrooms, underneath was about 1/2 cup of sautéed onions and zucchini, plain noodles and plain white rice soaked in sauce. I’m guessing that was supposed to be fried rice. The soup was ridiculously salty and inedible. Only decent thing was the “salad”, which was just plain lettuce swimming in dressing. Save yourself and go somewhere else. Waitress was nice at least.
