Upon entering, you can see the establishment as a bit outdated. The temp in the building was a bit warmer than expected. We were seated with another couple and a family of 4. The show was good. The food on the other side was a bit lacking with flavor hence my 4 stars. For the price of the food, I was expecting a bit more flavor with my food, not food I have to season & sauce myself. We also tried a sushi roll which was okay, nothing too special about it. It was okay but for the price and the experience, I think I would rather go elsewhere.

Our waiter was wonderful and attentive, however our chef was horrible and had absolutely ZERO personality! NO entertainment or enthusiasm whatsover, and zero engaging with my 9 year old nephew, who normally looks forward to the tricks and tools of the trade. We will not be back or recommend this restaurant. We have heard negative rumors for years, but finally decided to give it a try for my 54th Birthday. Also, I’m quite sure that including the tip on your bill, discourages the cooks from going above and beyond the extra mile to provide a great and entertaining experience, for they no longer have to work for their money! I feel quite sure that people would pay 20%+ gratuity, if they feel like the entire experience was worth it! Shame on you! What a HUGE disappointment! Not sure just how they stay in business, but as a local food critic and conossier, I will make my opinion well known in our great city of Carrollton, GA.

Food is ok. Problem is they nickel and dime you. They charge you a tip no matter if you have 1 or 100 people on ticket. No matter how good or bad servers are. Next they charge you a processing fee for your card. This is a sketchy area, they charge 6.8% fees on card. I believe the law says a merchant may not charge no more than 4%. So the owner is making money on this also.

I have been to a bunch of hibachi places. This place was pretty good. The hibachi show was very enjoyable and fun. The chef did a great job. The food was good and you get rice and noodles. I didn’t like having to extra for fried rice. The salad and soup were both good. A little on the pricey side for hibachi but you do get dessert.

this was the biggest waste of money i have ever spent. The food was terrible, my scallops were raw and when I told the chef he said “thats just how we make them”. It took the man 4 times to get our checks right. I have never been so disappointed in my life this place should be shut down. If I could give it no stars I would have.

Me and my wife had been here multiple time over the years and the show was great and food was good the first few times we have been. But we have not been here for 7 years up till today. The servers where rushing everyone at the table. We sat down within 5 min bairly had a chance to glance at the menu before they where already taking everyone’s orders. After that the orders where messed up and the show was horrible they only made one big flame and the onion volcano and nothing else. Needless to say I don’t think we are ever going to go back there.
