My friend got the GF pulled pork dish, it was nice that he had two noodle options- however they topped the dish with fried onions and I had to call to place a new order and pick up again. Although inconvenient, they were SUPER nice about it and didn’t charge for the replacement meal.
It would be really helpful if the website specifies what is in the dish, so people with allergies can know ahead of time to ask to omit something like “Fried onions”.
I didn’t order anything because it was unclear if the dishes were dairy free or not on the website, and it didn’t seem possible to omit the sauces and cheeses.

First time customer and likely last time I haven’t decided. We ordered the bbq chicken macaroni bowl, three cheese tortellini pesto, and potstickers.
Potstickers: very basic frozen potstickers that are steamed and served. They were not very flavorful or tasty. $5.75
Bbq chicken macaroni: Husband liked it, but there wasn’t very much in the bowl and it wasn’t very hot. $12.75
Three cheese tortellini: Semi warm, very little sauce and the cheese just wasn’t great considering it didn’t want to melt. $9.25
We were the only customers inside the restaurant during our entire dining experience. The facility is s clean, staff was nice, but the quality for what you pay is not worth a revisit.

First time having Noodles and Co and we absolutely loved it! We got the Japanese Pan Noodles with steak and chicken and cheese noodles for the kiddo. We were amazed at how good the food was and the employees were über kind and helpful. Will absolutely be back to try other things!

Honestly giving them a low score because of the amount of food you get in relation to what you pay. I paid about 15 dollars for this little bowl of Ramen. It should have been about 6 or 7 dollars (at the most) in my opinion. 2 stars means I will not be coming back.

The food was great! However the guy taking food orders named Zack was really rude! I will go again but if I see him I am turning the other way. Zack word of advice, when you are at work always smile and be nice, it not only helps this job but helps you in the long run

Burnt , & dry with barely no sauce . Crazy thing is I worked here & they would have never handed this to somebody else. Bahahaha it’s okay tho definitely a waste of 23 dollars tho
