Not sure why we waited to come try this place, have seen it and just forget. But tonight we finally did and it was memorable and worth going to! The staff was very friendly, took our order and make it where you can see it! The place was clean overall and they have a nice set up. We enjoyed sitting here while they cooked the food and after it came out. We both found it was very flavorful and the steak was cooked to order as well! We personally have eaten at Kimono many times and this place is much better! We will definitely be back for sure! The meat was cooked right, food had flavor, veggies were fresh and even the onions were excellent! The white sauce was good and didn’t have any odd flavor to it like most places do. This place is a must go to and would make a good regular place to eat! Loved it! They have many options on the menu and even have family trays as well!!!!

Nice little place off the main highway. My wife ordered hibachi chicken and I selected hibachi shrimp. We even sat near the window where you could watch them grill the food. It looked very hot in the kitchen and we saw at least three chefs involved in cooking. Amazing to see how they prepare the food. They seem to always be busy yet our wait time was minimal. Portions were good but not huge and the rice & vegetables were great.

This restaurant is nothing short of a love letter to Japanese cuisine.

From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between refined and welcoming—warm lighting, thoughtful details, and a calm energy that immediately sets the tone. The service is impeccable: attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they’re serving.

Every dish feels intentional. The flavors are beautifully layered—clean, precise, and deeply satisfying. The fish is incredibly fresh, the rice perfectly seasoned, and each bite reflects a level of craftsmanship you don’t come across often. Whether it’s delicate sashimi, perfectly balanced sushi, or comforting hot dishes, everything arrives artfully presented and cooked with obvious respect for tradition.

What truly sets this place apart is consistency. Nothing feels rushed or careless; every plate feels like it belongs exactly where it is. You can tell this is a kitchen that values quality over shortcuts and takes pride in every detail.

This is the kind of restaurant you don’t just eat at—you remember it. Ideal for a special night out, a quiet indulgence, or introducing someone to what exceptional Japanese food really tastes like. I’ll absolutely be back, and I’ll be recommending it to everyone I know.

The food was bland to me and the portion size was okay. I think if the rice and meat had just a bit more flavor than I’d go back. The customer service was great. I ordered the steak, chicken and shrimp with 2 extra sauces and my total was $22.39 which I thought was pretty good.

Ok here it is… it was very bland. Rice tasted like it had sat out and got hard with some sauce poured over it. White sauce was way to thick and tasted off.. Shrimp was decent size but you really shouldnt try to pass angel hair spaghetti off as Japanese noodles. Should you chose to go there be wary.. tried it and won’t go back

Been going to Osaka’s for years. Family run restaurant with big following.
Not a lot of diners in restaurant, however steady line of takeout customers.

We go by every couple of months for a meal.
Our favorite is hibachi beef & shrimp.

This is a decent and very casual place. I would give it 3.5 stars. The menu has a very good variety (steak, salmon, chicken, shrimp, combos, etc) The staff is very friendly. However, I think the chicken was slightly dry and overcooked. They don’t offer brown rice either. The service is a little slow but they do prepare the food fresh. If you sit in the right spot you can even watch them cook your food. They serve the food on styrofoam plates and provide plastic cutlery so it’s definitely very casual.

The food imo was bland. Not much flavor. Salmon had almost no flavor. Shrimp was eh. Hot sauce was borderline ketchup. The white sauce was good. Sorry I just wasn’t impressed outside of the prices. The prices were great.

First timer!! This is a hidden gem! Decided to give Osaka a try after reading the reviews. The staff is so friendly! Restaurant was clean. Food was delicious and fresh! Steak, shrimp and scallops had good flavor and really fresh. The sauces were flavorful especially the white sauce. The portion size is a lot! One of the BEST take out Japanese restaurants! Definitely will be back for more! Long time customer created! We were not disappointed and left full and satisfied! Definitely recommend!!

While my entree was delicious, the ‘soup’ that came with it was questionable. I ordered my meal to go, and I wish I would have taken a look at the ‘soup’ before I made it home. Imagine my surprise when I opened the container to see oil with crispies on top. I tasted it just to be sure, and there didn’t seem to be a hint of ‘soup’ in the ‘soup’.
