The table in front of me helped me decide on my Thai tea vs Taro tea dilemma – it was a unanimous vote for thai boba tea. The table to my upper right asked me what delicious dish I had in front of me, Tofu Pad Thai by the way. The Pad that here has more of a citrus twist, a little thinner sauce, and less fish sauce than a lot of other places serve it – I honestly loved their unique take on pad thai, and the tofu had a great crispy texture and was also tossed in the sauce. I enjoyed dipping a few pieces in the yumyum sauce they provided.
I also got the starter salad with the ginger dressing, and they LOADED that sauce on. I’m a saucey lady, so I deeply appreciated this and ate the leftover sauce with a spoon like a freak. You heard me. And I’ll do it again.
The table to my lower right side told me “bless you” when I sneezed, & even waved goodbye and said “have a good night” when I left, along with my kind waitress and all the staff I happened to pass as I was leaving.
Im not sure if everyone felt bad for me cause i was alone or if they really were all just super sweet people, but I had a great time and ate some great food (with tons left over for tomorrow). I’m totally coming back.
If you’re a solo diner i can especially recommend Osaka Japanese Fusion.
The pork, belly dumplings and spring rolls are out of this world! The service was amazing and very prompt. Her suggestions were enthusiastic and outstanding! It was nice to have a waitress who actually enjoyed the food she was serving. It made her much more knowledgeable of what she was serving and an asset to us as first-time customers.
My sushi rolls were amazing. They were fresh, well put together and had great depth of flavor! We will definitely be repeat customers!
Sapporos are $9 which seemed absurd. Sushi was good though! The lobster in the lobster dynamite roll was overcooked, but the other rolls we had were delicious!
Also, yes, they have beer and wine, for those wondering like we were.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the service isn’t the strongest. The staff didn’t come across as particularly friendly or welcoming, which affected the overall experience.
On the positive side, the Panang curry had good flavor but was too watery. If you prefer more heat, definitely ask for it extra spicy. Even then, it doesn’t make you sweat. The curry would benefit from more coconut cream to give it that rich texture instead of being thin and broth-like.
I also tried the General Tso’s chicken, which was tasty, though the broccoli was undercooked and tough to eat. The standout dish for us was the Mongolian Beef — it was excellent and easily our favorite of the meal.
Skip the crab rangoon — it just wasn’t good. On a better note, the lunch portions were surprisingly large, and the atmosphere is quite nice.
Despite some misses, we plan to return and try a few other dishes. Hopefully, we’ll have a better experience next time.
The atmosphere was modern, clean, and really welcoming. It felt like the kind of place you could dress up for, or roll into casually and still enjoy the vibe. Hospitality was great too—everyone was kind and attentive, which made the whole experience even better.
Highly recommend checking it out!
