Came here for lunch sat outside from 11-12 noon , no one’s at the store so I called customer service they said just try back in 20 min I feel as if the hot and ready slogan only applies when the company wants to hire employees who care enough to open on time so others who work are able to find something to eat or find another place to eat. There’s a few people out front so it almost looks is if there people getting service and then you realize everyone is waiting to get food from them while they’re closed. No service should equal no stars in my opinion.

Hello. I’ve ordered pizza from you many times, but today’s pizza was very salty. Why so much salt?? I think the staff added a lot of salt on purpose. Pizza is a meal, not a beer snack. The result is 2 pizzas in the trash.

Good but generic pizza. The phone is busy most of the time and goes to voice mail which is always full so you can’t leave a message. The wait is a little better than the Pizza Hut down the street, and the prices are less expensive. It is the better of the two major chain pizza joints in Alpine, CA.

Beware…. if you have to go to Little Ceasars, only pay with cash. The machines will over charge your card!! I bought one pizza and payed with my debit card…they charged me for four Pizzas instead of one. Then told me, this happens often. They never refunded the money back to me. Told me they had to turn in to their department to review it. Really?…they had the proof, the receipt, my order and I had proof on my phone showing all four charges. They said they’ll turn in the claim and see what happens and hopefully I’ll get my money back. Bad business and not professional. Alpine is still a small town and the word gets around when needed! No more and never again . Very disappointed since we always try to help our small businesses in our town. If you know your system doesn’t work right with malfunctioning and taking people’s money, fix it so ya don’t lose business .
