12/02/24: First visit. My wife and I decided to try this place out. The restaurant is very nice and spacious. There were grill areas for large and small parties. There was also an area with tables and a bar area. The restaurant was very clean. It was pretty busy when we arrived, and we were seated in a hibachi area for a party of eight. There were two other families in our area, and we had a good time. The food was great, and the cook was fun. The fried rice was really good, and everything else was cooked to perfection. The draft Japanese beer was good and cold, and the blueberry Mule was good. Easy to find and plenty of parking outside. We will definitely return!

2/25/25: Party of four. We went for theHibachi Lunch, since their menu stated that lunch was Mon-Fri from 11am-2:30pm. We were advised when we entered that the hibachi tables shut down at 1:30pm. We arrived at 1:39pm. She told us that we could sit in the dining room and order from the lunch menu, to include the Hibachi Lunch.

We were disappointed, since two in our party were celebrating birthdays and were from out of state. Although we wanted them to experience actual hibachi dining, we decided to stay and have lunch.

Alexis was our hostess, and she was great. Each of us ordered from the Hibachi Lunch menu. She brought the soups and salads out first, and it didn’t take long for our food to arrive. Everyone was pleased with their order.

It wasn’t very busy, and the service was great. Although we didn’t get the full hibachi experience, we had a good time!

I really used to enjoy coming here and enjoying the sushi. Today my daughter and I came in for our Daddy daughter date and my daughter wanted to order something we ordered before but the waitress laughed at us and told us they never have had that in the menu. Even though we both remembered ordering it here. It’s unfortunate that the allow rude service here.
When I called to speak with a manager about the waitresses behavior the girl that answered told me there was no manager on duty. Then she got an attitude with me. I don’t understand how places treat people like this and expect us to spend our hard earned money with them.

Good tasting hibachi menu, 6 of us at a table with 1 couple we didn’t know. Chef was very good, waiter good too. The menu food costs are probably in line with others, but they upset on fried rice per person even if you get a menu meal to serve 2 people. Kind of silly but all in all, we enjoyed our visit. Very crowded on Fridays.

This was a fantastic experience all around. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife and I stopped in for a quick bite after work. We were not disappointed in the quality of food or the quality of atmosphere. I have to say, I think they have the best ginger dressing I have ever had. The clear soup was great, shrimp tempura, bento box, sushi rolls, and rice was all so very good. I highly recommend this establishment for all kinds of nights out or dates. Although we did not partake in the hibachi side of the restaurant, it looked great too!

Muslims and Arab customers: DO NOT eat here. Avoid this place.

Our experience at Osaka Hibachi was not just bad service, it was hostile, dismissive, and felt clearly targeted.

Our server took our order incorrectly. When we calmly pointed out the mistake, the chef argued with us and showed visible anger instead of fixing it. The server then returned and blamed us for the error, offering no real solution.

Within less than 10 minutes, staff brought us to-go boxes without us asking, while other customers around us were allowed to stay, eat, and enjoy their meals. We were the only table treated this way. When we asked why we were being rushed and treated differently, staff refused to answer directly and gave unrelated excuses to avoid accountability.

When the manager came over, she was even more disrespectful. She mocked our concerns with comments like, “Do you want a free meal?” or “Do you want us to fire the waitress?” instead of addressing the discriminatory treatment we were pointing out.

At no point did anyone apologize or try to correct the situation. Instead, we were talked down to, dismissed, and made to feel unwelcome. The overall behavior strongly suggested bias and a lack of respect toward us as Muslim/Arab customers.

This was one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences we’ve had. If you value dignity and fair treatment, stay away from this restaurant.

Came here with my coworker for lunch and despite sitting down for the hibachi experience it was fairly quick which is good for a business lunch! The customer service from the waitress was spot on and efficient.

I ordered the hibachi scallops and chicken which came with miso soup, house salad (ginger dressing), and fried rice (an upcharge). The meal was delicious and cooked nicely. The Chef made the meal fun although it was only 4 of us. I also ordered the spicy tuna rolls and enjoyed them.

If in the area, I would definitely return to try out the other hibachi meats and sushi!

Food wasn’t great. I got the tri color plate. The spicy tuna roll was mid. The tuna was chewy. I’m an avid sushi and sashimi lover and was not impressed by the quality. I’ve been here once before and do not remember the quality being this bad. Girlfriend got chicken hibachi which was also mid. Chicken was chewy, veggies were undercooked, rice had no flavor.

Caught them on a busy night so they might’ve given us stuff sitting out. Server was really nice.

The family had lost two of their cubs to a church retreat so we decided to take the little monkey to a Hibachi experience. Mind you he is four and his five star meal is a Happy Meal plus the last time me and my wife ate there, the customer service was horrible since the moment we stepped in the establishment. Due to the price and prior experience, I didn’t want to go, but why not? My little rhino might like it. We walked in and the yound lady was very nice and seated us at the grill. Our server arrived quickly and took our drink orders while providing us with the opportunity to order appetizers. We quickly we knew the little monkey was NOT entertained with the clinging and fire all over. Wife ordered dragon roll and chicken hibachi. I took the steak and chicken hibachi and monkey took the culinary route of chicken nuggets. I was ready for the show and had my credit card credit increased just incase. We were served salad and soup (warm). The roll arrived first then the show. The young man did the cling and clang on the grill. He did the sake volcano and threw broccoli at us like seals at Sea World. At this point, monkey was traumatized by all the fire, we were happy he stayed glued to the iPad. The rolls we ordered as appetizers were good but small. The Hibachi was warm and really no seasoning that made the meal stand out. Well the nuggest must have been brought in from France because monkey ate them up. This was a $105 meal for 3 and water. It’s ok to have and happy the bad attitude wasn’t there anymore. If you want the show and know the price, go enjoy.

We were longtime regulars here, but after being handed our check while still eating during a previous visit, we stopped coming. Unfortunately, giving this place another chance was a mistake. We sat for 16 minutes without anyone acknowledging us—not even water—while another table seated at the same time was promptly served and had their order taken within minutes. When I flagged down a waitress to ask who our server was, she looked ant her iPad and insisted our order had already been taken. When I said no one even stopped by she kept looking at me as if I was wrong. She then annoyingly said in an increasingly annoyed voice that she can take our order, what did we want. At that point there was no way we were staying. The service was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. This establishment has hit a new low, and we will never return.
