I ordered online but was a Uber Eats/Door Dash driver so I completely forgot about the order I scheduled for a hour from the order soo…when the lady comes calling from the restaurant it reminds me and Im 10 mins away.
I get there and dont remember this total was alittle more than I normally do for lunch so when she said the price I was taken aback. I had her repeat the price and before I could just go over everything I ordered just to make sure I had everything I ordered she got snippy.
When she repeated the order she repeated it with a tone/tude I didnt expect nor like…I then realize my cards from Uber Eats and Door Dash are not the ones I wanted to use for this order which meant I had to go back to my car to grab my purse with my credit card in it. I leave for my car with the lady taking an order over the phone and when I come back in the lady is still with a tude vibe off. Guess she thought I couldn’t pay for the order or something. Maybe its me but when you take someone’s money your normally nice as Ive had restaurants call me about an order before…this…first time here from visiting the one constantly in New Jersey many years ago. Food was great quality and still warm when I received it…however…I will not be back…and I take myself out to lunch and dinner myself at 100 a check…thats not with tip…tip is extra at 15 to sometimes 100 dollar tip as Ive done when the service is outstanding and they want my business.
They had a sign needing cashiers…I wonder who would want to work for them with the lady employed there with that tude

The food was great. Got the poke bowl off the recommendation of the host and she didn’t disappoint. It was delicious. Eager to return again. They were very welcoming. The atmosphere was nice, and clean. Overall, it was a great experience. We will return!

I used to love them but out of my last few visits I’ve had enough. I was in a rush so I simply asked for rice and veggies. I waited a little above the minimum time given and it wasn’t ready, came back beyond the maximum time given and it was now magically given to another customer. I then had to wait 13 more minutes with no sorry or compensation… for rice & onions.

HORRIBLE cashier at the front! I used my card and she didn’t hand it back, I got home and they called saying I left my card, when I came back to pick it up the cashier had 3 different bank cards (one of which were mine) hanging by tape at the front, letting me know she had done it to multiple people. When I try to relay this to the manager, there is never one on site. I can only speak with the cashier who happens to be the very one who is causing the issues. This incident was yesterday, today I come back to get something I bought yesterday and they give me an entirely different item. I didn’t check it till I got home so I guess that’s on me. But when I call to speak to a manager, once again, I cannot. Very frustrating. Will not be spending my money there again. Terrible service.

I arrived Sunday 12/28 and purchased the Dynamite roll with extra meat fried hard. The cashier at the time asked management and took the order. The very next day for lunch I call to place the same order but there is a different lady taking the orders. I ask for Dynamite roll fried hard extra meat and this lady gives me a 5 min lecture of how its impossible and the roll would fall apart. I hang up and decide to go elsewhere. So today Wednesday I go in person hoping someone different would be there but same lady that’s goes on and on telling me how impossible it is. She then throws the cook under the bus by saying he told her we couldn’t do it but when she asked in front of me he said he could. The lady proceeded to argue with the both of us so I walked away. I called to speak with management who tells me to come back and he would give it to me due to my inconvenience. So I turn around and the lady proceeded with her attitude and then charged me full price. I asked for a courtesy due to the inconvenience and she stated she can give me mayo sauce for free. As long as this smart mouth is here they will not get business from me

Macon meet up and we were looking for something new. My son had a birthday recently so we left him choose. This is the location he wanted. Everyone easily found something they wanted to eat on the menu. All of the food was great! Best yum yum sauce! This might just become the location we meet every time! If you are in the area, give this place a try. I would highly recommend this location!

This used to be my go-to hibachi spot on Sundays, but recently the customer service has gone downhill. One employee ( skinny black woman ) is consistently rude and has a bad attitude, which makes the experience uncomfortable and not worth spending money there anymore.
