Great costumer service. The briskets were soft and the bbq sauce is unique. The taste overall was good, but the brisket consistency was not what I expected. It’s a unique place and a gem of the area (reason why it gets 4 stars).

Where do I begin? For those who said this is authentic soul food, must not have tasted authentic soul food before.
My coworkers and I ordered various dishes.. the 2 of us that got smothered pork chops were highly disappointed. The Mac and cheese tasted like ..nothing. No flavor, no nothing. The yams tasted burnt, the pork chops..were paper thin and the gravy was very salty. The mashed potatoes are straight out the box. The corn was ok. I’m hoping this was a one time thing… we tried to call them but no one answered the phone. ♀️

Nice people, good food.. I’ve had their side dishes … they are good but someone is over cooking the macaroni a little (ordered it twice in a 6 week period) too soggy both times but great flavor. The ribs were outstanding!!! The greens were good. The yams were diabetes sweet just like I love them!!! I would like to see more dessert options or at least desserts that everyone likes (chocolate cake, peach cobbler, banana pudding) instead of yellow cake and apple pie. If they fix the macaroni and desserts.. I’ll come back and give a 5 star rating

Great soul food. Ribs so tender, pulled turkey was awesome without the BBQ. Beef Brisket was nice and tender and the kids loved the fried chicken. Many sides to choose from! Big pieces of cornbread not little itty bitty squares! Even let us sample before we purchased! Great customer service! Will be returning back!

My coworker and I have been here twice while doing lawns in the area. Food is always amazing! If you are a true southern BBQ fan like we are, you will not be disappointed. Chef Harold is the man, and always provides outstanding service. The smoked wings, pulled pork, Mac n cheese and that secret sauce never fails. We will be back time and time again!

Great food, great customer service! The ribs are AMAZING! They literally fell off the bones! Blackened chicken was so juicy and tender. Collard greens were just the right amount of salty/seasoned. Mac n cheese was creamy and cheesy. Cole slaw was different but super tasty! Almost like a pickled slaw.. I really liked it! Candied yams were really really good, so sweet and flavorful. We got corn bread on a whim and I’m glad we did, because it tasted as good as it looked! I have a couple ribs left over because I couldn’t finish it all. All portions were generous. Really awesome food and excellent service, 10/10 would recommend! We will definitely be taking our family thru this place when they come to visit us here!

The ribs were very tender! The sauce was just ok. However the sides need some work. The greens tasted like canned greens and the Mac & cheese was just noodles and cheese. The nice lady at the window did say that they just opened back up so hopefully the food gets better once they really get things going.

I was told need go here. They raved about the food. Not sure why. Chicken no seasoning tasted like old grease. Which they should probably change. Baked beans taste like they came right out can. Mac cheese not good no flavor. Was not happy at all. Spouse did not like his either greens no flavor and too many middle stem pieces that should been cut off before cooking them.
