Interesting how I emailed and followed up as requested from the message below and still have yet to hear back, I guess they treat their customers like trash, specifically women of color.
Hello,
I am following up on my Google Maps review regarding the extremely poor experience I had at your location. As stated in my review, I was served chicken of clearly unacceptable quality, and the situation was handled with minimal concern or accountability. Simply remaking the food did not address the core issue: the original meal should never have been served without proper quality control.
The 10% discount offered was inadequate and felt dismissive. It did not come close to compensating for the inconvenience, the poor quality of the meal, or the potential health risk to me and my sons. Despite the issues, I still paid for everything I ordered, which is unacceptable given the circumstances.
A proper response would have acknowledged the seriousness of the situation and taken real responsibility. For example: “Ma’am, we apologize. We will fully cover your meal. Serving you a bad batch of chicken is unacceptable, poses a health risk, and simply remaking the food does not resolve that.”
This location is about a 45-minute drive from my home, and my family has always enjoyed Hooters—this location used to be consistent with cleanliness and food quality. Unfortunately, today was a completely different experience.
We ordered 30 original hot and Thai wings, loaded tots, fried pickles, and buffalo shrimp. The fried pickles arrived with missing batter and were not prepared properly. After I sent them back, they returned overcooked with a burnt taste. The wings themselves were disappointing—several were dark inside and very overdone, and the overall quality didn’t resemble what we’re used to from this location.
I shared my concerns with the manager, who offered to remake the wings and tots, which I appreciated. I asked for them to be packed to go. When he brought them out, the wings looked small and very dry, more like party wings than the usual product. He apologized but then added, “If you want fresh chicken, come on a Monday,” which was an unnecessary and unprofessional remark.
To make matters worse, the receipt showed incorrect charges, including multiple items that had been returned. The wait staff was inattentive, and the manager never followed up after the initial conversation.
After driving home and thinking about the entire experience, I realized how unacceptable it was to spend hard-earned money only to receive poor food quality, incorrect charges, and substandard service. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated, and I believe a full refund is justified based on today’s visit.

I was craving wings, cold beer, and a fun, energetic vibe, so I decided to hit up Hooters. It was packed, but the team handled it like pros!
Vicusia the bartender was an absolute rockstar PERIOD! She’s friendly, fast, and completely on top of everything even with the crowd. You could tell management was leading by example and keeping everything running smoothly. Dan and Jeff had me laughing while still hustling and keeping the bar spotless, which I really appreciated. And Kristie (manager) was clearly on top of it all, making sure guests were taken care of.
Great energy, great service, and a great team overall. I’ll definitely be back!

Been coming here for years. Always a fun, casual dining experience with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. The wings are always fresh and flavorful, and the menu has plenty of options to satisfy everyone in the family. It’s been many years since I’ve stepped foot in here and honestly it’s nothing special. While the service was great, the wings were lackluster. Especially the medium wings which just felt oily and really had no taste of spice. The BBQ style wings had too much sauce on them. Don’t even bother ordering the fries. They even charged us for ranch. You’re better off bringing your own. The best part of my meal was the drink, Jolly Roger, as it was delicious. Unfortunately this establishment needs a rehab. The walls were full of skid marks and crayon marks. I would rather see a full gut job on this restaurant before eating here again.

The opening team on Monday 1/26 did an outstanding job. I sat at the bar for lunch and the head bartender Stephanie did an amazing job. Not only was she super attentive and hospitable. She was working so intentionally and keeping the bar consistently. Great work!

Had an absolutely amazing time at Hooters for my birthday! The wings were top-notch—cooked perfectly, sauced just right, and full of flavor. The service was incredible, with the staff making sure everything was spot on the whole night.

We come here often because it’s close to home, the service is good and we like the food. But this is the first time I actually order something other than wings and I was impressed. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger and it was delicious .

Quick service. We love the Daytona wings and the boneless wings. The salad was good, too. Our only complaint is that they sat us near the bar and the music was loud. It was difficult to have a conversation.
