We visited A Taste of Thai and tried the Tom Yum soup, Satay Chicken, and Jungle Curry. The Tom Yum soup was fantastic—full of flavor and perfectly balanced. The Satay Chicken was good, tender, and nicely seasoned. The Jungle Curry was just okay, not as bold as we expected. The ambience was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a pleasant dining experience with a few standout dishes.

The boyfriend and I started off with some fresh spring rolls for me and the calamari for him. The spring rolls were DELICIOUS and super filling and the sauce was a little bit more tangy than I’d like but still had that peanut flavor that I really enjoy, like a vinegar based dressing. My partner said the calamari was very delicious and crispy. He also asked for a sake recommendation from our waitress who gave him a sweeter sake that he very much enjoyed for his first time. Then I had the yellow curry tofu, which was SO creamy and sweet from the coconut cream and the vegetable were cut into cute little shapers which made eating them even more fun, while my partner got the combination plate that he had no complaints about. We ended with the house spun coconut cream ice cream which just melted in your mouth so perfectly. All in all a very delicious experience with a very knowledgeable wait staff and we will be returning 🙂

We had such a pleasant experience. We were impressed with how they have a separate vegetarian menu. Most of the Thai restaurants add oyster sauce in their veg fried rice and don’t mention them. This one is actually free from fish sauce or eggs. We tried their clear soup, veg spring rolls and pineapple curry. The pineapple curry was not only looking good but also delicious. Parking could be a bit tricky, so get ready for a small walk.

Original Taste of Thai never disappoints. Great service and hot, fresh, delicious food. Not to mention, the absolute best spring rolls and crab wontons anywhere.

Love this place! I come here all the time to try new dishes. My favorite thing I’ve gotten is the chicken mango curry, delicious! The pad thai, beef and broccoli, and teriyaki beef are also really good. I also can not go without getting some crab rangoons! They are onion-y and the sauce is perfect! The staff is very friendly. Last time I went, they had made extra salad, and they gave me one for free! It’s a delicious and unique place and I highly recommend! <3

The pineapple curry tofu was amazing! Not at all spicy to me (I ordered level 5 spice) but the flavor was still really good.

We picked up Taste of Thai for our latest board meeting and it was huge hit! Nancy and the rest of the team were so nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond including extra serving ware, helping me out to the car, and taking the order on such short notice. They are amazing. Thank you, Taste of Thai!

Absolutely the best green curry I’ve ever had and I have tried LOTS! Most recently, I have been ordering the “Avocado Curry with Fried Tofu”. It’s the perfect balance of spice, creaminess, and flavor. I get a spice 1, I could probably get a 2 but I am not a big spice person and don’t want to ruin it. I like enough spice for a little extra flavor. The staff is kind and I especially enjoy sitting outside on their patio!
Family and friends have tried many dishes and you can’t go wrong!
I highly recommend:
Avocado Curry
Green Curry
Sea Bass
Appetizer: Summer Rolls with Shrimp

The wait staff was very professional and eager to help me decide what was good on the menu. The spring rolls were perfect, but the Pad Thai was too sweet and the level of spice wasn’t near what the reviews had me expecting. They did say that their current batch of peppers were lacking spice so that was definitely on me for not ordering a lever or two spicier. Would definitely recommend this as a good place for friends to catch up over a meal, the atmosphere is relaxed and the restaurant had the perfect noise level for conversation.

The place is good. The food is good. The main problem is that the place is very small. Maybe that’s the reason, the staff pushes a bit. I love laid back and chilled places, but this place is on rush. The waitress asked at least thrice in a very small window for the order. Even when the eating was not done they visited to see if you need a box ♀️. In the appetiser, we ordered seafood patties ( it’s four in one plate), which was absolutely yum! You should order it if you are here. The main entree comes with soup or salad. The soup is the scam, it’s some boiled cabbage in a vegetable broth! Please don’t call it a soup! Lol! I loved the entrees. The portion size is decent. The food is tasty.
