Driving all night – my hands wet on the wheel,
Need some nurishment to make my body more like steel.
For there is only one way to get past the US 84 West Texas monotonous reel…of strait line fever. Not complaining about the smooth asphalt road for I am just a truck driving toad…always longing for the bumpless road. So I stopped at Muleshoe Donuts, an abandon gas station refurbished to a donut diner and was pleasantly surprised by the service, donuts and my favorite, a hot fresh bacon, cheese, egg crossiant. A early AM road meal that can’t be beat, renourished I headed out and placed the cruise control on repeat…..

Stopped here on my way to Lubbock from Las Vegas nm and there was flys all over the inside of the case with the doughnuts and a cockroach in the bathroom was really looking forward to a doughnut ended up leaving… super unsanitary!

Cannot find a granulated cinnamon doughnut in Albuquerque. So every time income by I pick up a dozen. Fresh. And delicious. The breakfast sandwiches are great. Good value. The doughnuts make their way to temple and my parents love them.

Really, really good food. Muleshoe Donuts has good donuts.
I especially be like the Red Velvet Cake and Blueberry Cake donuts.They are yummy! (And, I’m not a fan of cake donuts. Theirs are more cake and less donut.)
The Pigs in a Blanket come with or without jalapeno’s.
There are ham and sausage breakfast sandwiches, a variety of drinks and lots more.
You can get the donuts at Muleshie Donuts in Farewell and in Clovis at 21st and Slide (in the strip center farthest to the east and away from I-HOP. I’m sorry I can’t remember the name right now.) Same good stuff at each donut shop.

Whenever we go to visit family they always request that we bring a dozen mixed donuts from here or else we’re not invited anymore Love the donuts and the kolaches from here! Service is always good and the people are always so nice!
