Ordered online. I’ve never been here before, and ordered because of the good reviews. The food was ready 15 mins later when I arrived and it was neatly packed. The spring rolls are perfectly crispy and the flavor was great. The chicken and broccoli was also amazing. The amount was also worth the price. I can’t wait to try the chicken lo main and beef and broccoli! I’ll definitely order from here again. Oh, they also have drive thru window you can pick up your food from. I went inside though to pick up my food. There wasn’t a lot of tables/booths to eat at, but that wasn’t an issue. There were 2-3 booths and I think around 4 tables. I also liked there condiment table very much!

I’ve ordered from here many times in the past few months, and each time the food is always declicious. We typically order online which is very convenient, and I’ve never had to wait long for my food when I went to pick it up. I’ve tried other Chinese food options in the area and Oriental Cafe is consistently offers the best food and experience.

This is hands down our favorite Chinese place. We’ve never eaten inside the restaurant, but always have it delivered. The food always arrives so fast and is so fresh that we joke about someone cooking it in the car. Nothing we have ordered has ever been bad. My kid is a very picky eater and requests them often. 100% give them a try.

This place doesn’t look like much from the street… but the food is soooo good! Fresh veggies, and plenty of them! The chicken was cooked and seasoned well. The rice wasn’t greasy. The pork wontons are delicious! They were busy, and the service was fast! We ate inside, where there is plenty of room and the place was very clean. I’ll definitely make this my local go to chinese food from here on out… I’ve missed out too long!

Well correct again. No risk involved with eating here ever. If you need a quick bite though this is a good spot. My favorite will always be oriental cafe on shelbyville though.

After reading several superlative laden reviews I need to set the record straight.
This place is mid at best. The service is stellar but the food is as basic as you could imagine much like going to McDonalds for a hamburger.
Dishes that come with brown sauce? Think savory brown gravy with the primary seasoning being salt. See a dish with a reddish colored sauce? Spicy and salty. Maybe a little sweet.
There is nothing special about Oriental Cafe other than it’s kinda cheapish and quickly served by a friendly and efficient staff.
Those of you talking about this place as the best Chinese you’ve had? I feel for ya. You need to get out more and explore some of the better places in this Wonder Bread town.
