What an absolute disappointment!! We just got to town asked locals where to go for good pizza and was recommended to come here. We have been here over 2 hrs. Had to split up our table of 6 into multiple tables. It took over 1.5 hrs for our apps, they said the kitchen is having issues. Finally after over 2 hrs we received 2 of the 3 pizzas and the 3rd was missed totally. Definitely do not recommend for any kind of service. We had to ask for a simple coke multiple times. Super cool restaurant but they need to get their shit together.

I am a regular here and love to come eat at the bar! Today I came in and received amazing service from Tiah, who is always very efficient and friendly. The food was delicious, I like to come in and get the lunch box combo. It’s a great deal!

First time dining here. Excellent service. Our server was very nice. I like the atmosphere inside plus the tunes . The only bad thing, my garlic bread was a little too salty for me. But, other than that my main dish was delicious. Will be coming back again. Better than Olive Garden .

The first time I ate here, I got the Cajun chicken pasta, which was very good. The second time I ate here I tried the Italian stuffed sandwich plenty of meat. Everything tasted good. Only issue I had was the bread was really hard to a point where it was too hard to enjoy or take a bite of. The place was clean. Staff was nice and not a lot of people dining in at the time.

Unfortunately this review is based on another negative experience with wait staff at this location. The food is usually very good quality here but the servers need some more education on customer service especially for customers who are non white.
The young man who we had the displeasure of having as our server last weekend ignored our table until it became very obvious he had zero willingness to take our order. He continued to walk past us 4 times never making eye contact while waiting on the table in front of ours with no problem. When finally I got his attention and asked for the bill for the non alcoholic drinks we had been served 20 minutes earlier he became defensive about not coming back to take our order. When paid in cash he also never returned with my change, which was at this point not worth further interaction with this server. Management—— please educate your servers about the ethnic diversity they will encounter in Flagstaff and the need to treat everyone with respect regardless of their personal beliefs or prejudices.

We have come here quite a few times and the service has always been mid. We always had to wait awhile until a server came around and we would have to ask for drink refills.
But, yesterday when we came on 1/26/25 for lunch Hayden made that 5 Star review for us. ⭐️
Not only was he on top of it with our table but with all the others too. Thank you Hayden for all your hard work because it’s hard to find service like that now.

This was my 2nd visit to this restaurant. The first visit we had Natalie as our server. Excellent knowledge of the menu was demonstrated by Natalie along with a pleasant demeanor and a “a stranger is a friend you have not yet met” attitude.
The 2nd visit we were served by Abrielle, and she was equally knowledgeable and gregarious as well as another friend we had not met yet.
I dig the decor and the jaunty music as well.
We had the chicken parm and lemon piccata the first time. Delish!
Second visit we did a half and half clark pizza/numero uno with calamari as a starter. It was so good, plenty of leftovers both visits and just a warm feeling of being invited not only into these 2 lovely ladies place of employment, but also their hearts.

All I can say is wow!!! My wife and I ate there after a 10 mile hike. And we were starving so we ordered 5 different things and everything that came to our table was so so good. The Mac n cheese was the best I’ve ever had!! If you are reading this don’t hesitate just go eat there, you won’t be disappointed. Oh and the waiter Zachariah was a awesome waiter
