Just ordered my sourdough jack and curly fries, fries were fine, but they gave me the WRONG SANDWICH YET AGAIN. SO TIRED OF PEOPLES INABILITY TO PAY ATTENTION. MINE CAME WITH A STICKER THAT SAYS FRONT COUNTER CUSTOM. WHICH MEAN 2 PEOPLES ORDERS WERE SCREWED UP. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. ILL DRIVE TO CALIFORNIA JITB, BEFORE EVER GOING TO THIS STORE AGAIN. I went Christmas Eve late after work. Food was amazing as always. Gentleman at drive thru you could tell he was just ready to go home because it was about time to close (if they even did, most other food places in the area had already closed for the holiday) but regardless he was patient and kind and took care of my order with a smile.

This specific location. Ordered for delivery, it was all messed up. None of my add-ons were there, neither was my drink, my milkshake was half-empty/full, and quite frankly the taste of almost everything was off. Usually I love jack in the box, but they messed up this time. Also, I guess this is more the doordash they went through, but the drop off instructions were blatantly ignored. I’ll assume someone had a bad day lol, but I just wish I got my drink!

Whoever worked night shift on Tuesday May 27th 2025 needs to get it together management too, when are yall going to fix this menu board? Never; got it. We asked for egg rolls and got nuggets instead and asked for extra tomatoes on the burger and guess what’s not there… tomatoes, not one. We refused for go back and wait in that slow line. Our first choice was Taco Bell and we should’ve went with our first pick. Overall unsatisfied and disappointed. Will not be going back

Food was great but only1 of the 4 meals was correct the rest were made exactly like the first .. horrible because that’s not what we paid for literally the only person in the restaurant waiting for food and the drive thru wasn’t even busy I understand making mistakes but literally almost the whole order was wrong… Also, I don’t know if there heat wasn’t working but they had 2 spare heaters in the eating area but it wasn’t helping.

Love Jack in the box but where do y’all hire these people. Went through the drive thru to order food and the speaker is always sooooo quiet! Then when they ask what you’d like you tell them what you want and then they ask you again what you wanted… anyways I asked for purple Powerade cause they don’t seem to know what grape Powerade is an the lady tells me that they don’t have purple but they have blue. So I say fine I’ll take blue a when I get my order she gives me a soda… idk why but I hate coming to this location. Workers are always yapping an not paying attention to customers…

It honestly was pretty bad, they were shorthanded, everyone except the one employee that came it to help was in a good mood trying to explain to people what was going on, was straight up rude and telling people to eat at home. The food was cold. Was missing 4 piece nuggets, and the 4 piece Nashville hot cheese sticks, which were WAY over seasoned. The only positive was the employee that walked in with the hairnet and went right to work, unless changes are made probably wont be back
