Pleasantly surprised at this restaurant. Spontaneously booked a reservation two hours before as last minute Valentine’s day plans. I was seated immediately and my server Kadian went straight to business. Customer service and ambiance are noteworthy. Everything was flavourful, fresh and hot. The price was also surprisingly affordable, great value for money. Add Orchid Thai to your must-visit list!

Kashmarie – my cashier & server – was very hospitable and inviting as she greeted me and my friend upon entry. I walked in and ordered lunch for take out and it was timely, smooth and delicious. I got my lunch in less than 20 mins. I’ll definitely go back and recommend asking for her to serve me again!!!!

First time going there. Kashmarie was polite and patience at all interactions we had. She was very flexible with our requirements. All hot items came out of that kitchen hot and cold items were ice cold. The entre portion sizes were filling for two adults and a child. We had the mixed special pad thai and the three flavour shrimp as the entre. For starters we had the vege summer rolls and the pork buns. Great experience.

I went to Orchid Tai for my birthday my server name was Nahuuma she the most pleasant person I come across, her service was 10/10 no jokes about it she stayed with us throughout and gave us space when it’s needed, she was so understanding and patient, taking my photos well ( chef kisses) the lady is a big photographer praying her service remains the same and anyone she comes across will treat her the same way how she treats them.

We had a lovely evening at this Thai restaurant and felt very comfortable overall.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated – cozy, warm, and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious, truly outstanding. As a vegan family, we were wonderfully advised. The waitress was extremely attentive, asked all the right questions, and made sure everything important was considered. Our dishes were thoughtfully adapted to be fully vegan, which we really appreciated.
The food was generous, rich in flavor, and incredibly tasty. The prices were very fair and absolutely reasonable for the quality – not overpriced at all. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
The only thing that slightly affected the evening was the waiting time. We had to wait quite a long time for our food, and the dishes arrived at different times, so we couldn’t eat together. That was a bit unfortunate.
That said, everything else made us truly happy, and we would still warmly recommend this restaurant for its atmosphere, service, and exceptional food.

Had brunch here recently and it was good… a bit different than the typical brunch experience in that it was a nice flair on brunch. The peak for me was the service. Kashmarie was super attentive and fun.
