One of the Best Mom and Pop seafood restaurants in South Carolina. Great portions, excellent service, and friendly staff. I make it a must go to when I’m visiting Florence SC. Highly recommend this restaurant, especially the Catfish nuggets, Hushpuppies, and Tomatoes and rice.

HONEST REVIEW: I recently ordered the Jumbo Shrimp basket with coleslaw, a baked potato, and hush puppies. I also ordered a large catfish stew with no rice. My total was $38.00 and the food was DISGUSTING. The shrimp was fried to hell…hard and over cooked. The coleslaw…Trash. The catfish stew…Nasty. The stew was so sweet that it tastes nothing like how catfish stew should taste. Plus, what they call a large size portion is actually small. The only thing edible was the hush puppies. Until they hire new cooks that know how to cook, don’t waste your money. The food is severely OVERPRICED. The quality and taste is just not there. If I could’ve given zero stars, I would have. I complained about the food, but was not given a refund. I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again.

Orangeland is hands down the “BEST” seafood restaurant in Florence!! The food is always prepared fresh and served hot!! The prices are definitely worth every delicious bite!! The service is TOP NOTCH, Michelle is AMAZING, on top of it and has such an AWESOME personality!!

The food is good. But they don’t get you enough. Very small portions for a large price and if you want a 3 piece fish they will give you one small fish cut up into 3 pieces.

Not real busy in a Tuesday so food was fresh. Good, would have been better except for a few scales were left on the fish and oysters were over fried. They do have a drive up window and you can call ahead and come in to pick up or go next door and select your fish to take home to cook
