This place is fantastic, our go to place after Church on Sundays. Bonus is the Salad bar, available for seconds. In addition to the salad bar, the offer one slice of pizza. Both inside and outside dining, nice shaded area with plants and birds. Our 7 year old enjoys the parrots . Price is more then fair, even offer discount for military.

Service was a little slow however staff was friendly. Made slight changes to our order to provide the best possible deal so that was nice. The spicy shrimp could have been better was just fried shrimp with peppers placed on them so possible to offer without the peppers.

There are few places to compare to the culinary delight that OPS serves up daily. I’ve been there only a couple times while vacationing on Amelia Island, but I’ll be back if only to have a divine Calzone from OPS. To say that the food is good, minimizes the splendor and absolute delight this eatery creates. It’s an amazing value with healthy portions and a great menu. Plus they are open later than nearly all other places on the island. I hope that everyone that reads this review will go, don’t think twice, I promise you’ll be amazed by the flavor fusion OPS has created.

I have been to Ops several times over the years I have reside here in Fernandina Beach and it’s always been good. Friday evening of the Shrimp Festival , my husband and I decided to go for a salad and I suggested OPS. It was around 5 o’clock when we arrived. We ordered the salad bar and pizza. When I went to the salad bar I immediately noticed everything on the bar had been there for hrs unattended. The greens were all wilted and other items were all dried out. When I lifted a spoon in one of the items, several tiny bugs flew out. When the waitress came back I told her I would not be having the salad bar because the food was old and bugs were flying out of the containers. She said, ” that’s what the fan is for!” Then she proceeded to cope an attitude with us and walked away. I looked back at the bar and they had an oscillating fan blowing over the food in an attempt to keep the bugs away. We almost walked out but we had ordered the pizza so we decided to do the right thing and wait on the pizza, pay and leave. While waiting on the pizza , someone came out from the back and put all new, fresh food on the salad bar. Seeing that we decided to stay and have our pizza and salad as planned. The food was all very good. The waitress we had was very rude, offered no apology for anything, made several trips to our table to give us our drinks , plates , silverware because she kept forgetting everything and even admitted so! When it came time to pay we waited several minutes for her to come back to get our payment. My husband had to take it up front and find someone to take the payment. I am going to miss Ops. I doubt we ever will go back.

Delicious pizza delux. Crust was crispy and not greasy at all. Our waitress Matia was great. The complimentary dessert was so yummy. We can’t wait to go back!

Walked in to Order a pizza and chicken Parmesan. After waiting 45 minutes I asked how much longer. They still have not put our pizza in the oven yet. There was a large party of 12 that I know we ordered before they did and they received their food about this time. Told them to cancel our order and walked out ….Extremely disappointed and will not be back.

Ordered delivery via their Slice app because on Uber Eats, no pizza is available to order (not sure if this is controlled by the restaurant or uber.) It doesn’t tell you until after you pay when it will arrive, and the estimate was 90 minutes. After an hour I got a call from the very sweet older man delivering. He was delightful. I wish I could say the same for the food. The crust of the pizza was soggy and the cheese had congealed. The edge of the crust was tasty so it’s too bad the center was mush. The Caesar salad was pretty good. I can’t stress this next part enough… Raspberry sauce has no place on tiramisu. None. Buy better tiramisu and don’t screw it up with fruit sauce. Just don’t. The tiramisu (after surgically removing the raspberry sauce) was flavorless. Never in my life have I not finished tiramisu until this. Husband said the canoli was also fouled by the same raspberry sauce. In the end, it was not worth nearly what we paid for a bland meal.

I called and spoke to a gentleman that took my order, a simple calzone on the way to work. I get there in more that the quotes time and they DONT HAVE MY ORDER. The guy who took it said he turned the ticket in but they don’t even know. Now I have to go to work with no dinner. Absolutely aggrevating to say the least.

My favorite food stop in Florida so far! Top notch Italian food from pastas to pizzas and calzones. The garlic knots were amazing. My cajun pasta with blackened chicken was amazing. My lady got the “tour of OPS” and loved it and the kids got spaghetti with tomato sauce and a slice of cheese with bacon pizza. Everyone was very satisfied and the woman that waited on us was very nice and attentive to us even though they were getting very busy, very suddenly. The prices were more than fair. Easily get way more bang for your buck here. Going to be recommending this place to anyone coming to Amelia Island.
