Opry Provisions is a cocktail bar, bottle shop & coffee roastery inside a laid back country-driven listening room, boasting 30+ original cocktails, some of the world’s finest wine & spirits, coffees, and plenty of cold beer! Concerts occur on select weekends throughout the year as we travel and work to discover and book talent. Our 30-seat venue puts you no more than 18 feet away from some of the most esteemed musicians in the country. Concerts are announced exclusively to newsletter subscribers, please sign up on our website. If we do not have a concert, our cocktail bar, bottle shop and roastery is open to the public with regular hours. Hours will be affected by concerts and holidays, Google is kept up-to-date to reflect those changes.

The gem of Western Springs. What a cool spot to have in town for when you want to have a little cocktail getaway or meet friends for a drink.
I haven’t been for their live music yet, but the vibe and drinks that Joe slings from behind the bar over the impressive bourbon lineup on the bar counter is nothing but exceptional. Always have a great time there, and super thankful that we have an option for nightlife like this in our little village.

I had to stop in this place, as I thought I used to work in the same building…I was wrong by a block or so, but I was not wrong to stop in!
It was Fat Tuesday and I was in need of an authentic New Orleans style Sazerac cocktail.
And was I a lucky customer, as Joe the friendly and knowledgeable bartender was able to make one for me promptly. It was perfect too!
Thought I might have been down at the old Roosevelt Hotel in NOLA, at the Sazerac Bar where it all began.
We have also enjoyed the fresh roasted and ground coffee they sell there too, here at home.
Thanks, y’all for the great addition to downtown Western Springs. Hope to stop by again soon!

This place is seriously such a hidden gem.
The craft cocktails are AMAZING, you can tell there’s real thought and skill behind every drink. Everything is balanced, creative, and honestly way better than a lot of overpriced cocktail spots I’ve been to.
Joe is an incredible bartender. Super friendly, fast, and really knows what he’s doing. He makes you feel welcome the second you walk in, and the service is always on point.
I also love that it doubles as a bottle shop. You can grab a great cocktail and then take home a solid bottle of wine or liquor — such a cool concept. The prices are very reasonable for the quality, and service is always quick without feeling rushed.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for great drinks, good vibes, and genuinely great service. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

I stopped in to get an early morning coffee. I ordered the cherry chocolate latte but I had it made with regular milk rather than chocolate milk so it wouldn’t be so sweet. The lady (employee)who was making my drink was so nice, helpful and patient. The drink was exactly how I wanted it. The atmosphere was intimate and cozy. I will return to have an alcoholic drink at some time . Overall, I found the place to be similar to a small speakeasy where you can order unique drinks in the evening and stop for coffee and a breakfast treat in the morning. I will definitely back in the evening.

Can’t say enough good things about Opry Provisions. We typically go in for cocktails and also order their coffee beans to take home. The staff is always very friendly and knows how to make great tasting drinks. You can also buy bottles to take home – which we have done. Highly recommend you try this hidden gem.

Came out from Chicago to give this quaint & unique cocktail bar a try with the wife & a good friend for the Bears game this past weekend. Such a refreshing concept the owner Dan has going — and a much-needed change from the dry & overdone “sports bar” vibe which most other places fall victim to. The bartenders are super friendly and knowledgeable about their mixology; the drink selection was top notch; and the decor screams relaxed-yet-trendy country. Amazing place for a date night post dinner cocktail, or to catch a Bears game like we did in the cozy outdoor rear patio. The wife & I agree: we will be back 🙂

What a cool place! A little slice of country music and great cocktails right here in Western Springs. I love the vibe and all the things they do – coffee shop, bar, craft cocktails, incredible selection of wine and liquor for purchase (at great prices), event space, and intimate listening room to showcase country artists…wow! The owner travels to source the artists and we get the benefit of an incredible lineup of live music! The drinks are delicious and the staff is knowledgeable and fun. I love that they don’t serve food because I never feel like they are rushing me out or trying to turn tables. You can stay as little or as long as you like (dogs and kids welcome!) plus, you can order food in or often there is a food truck. The owner is a supporter of other local businesses which I think is cool and he is very easy to work with if you want to plan an event at the Opry. Always a great experience and the new patio will only add to the fun this summer!

Chillax low key venue with great live music. Hard to get tix to this 30 seat venue but well worth it. Drinks are limited and no food menu but still had a wonderful time. No cash so make sure you bring your plastic.

Being a coffee freak, and lover of fine spirits I was so excited for Opry to open. As I brew and drink my first batch of beans pour over style, I’m thrilled to say that the coffee is excellent! I even joined the club to get reserve beans as soon as they’re roasted.

I love this place, I came here for an open mic and the bar was open. I felt like a kid at a candy store, they had an amazing selection of bourbon at the bar and plenty of bottles for sale. Some of these bottles aren’t just everyday bottles you can find at your local liquor store, they had a great selection of allocated items. The bartender Pat was friendly and made great cocktails and the price was amazing for certain selections of bourbon and rye. This place has amazing value, great service, and awesome vibe. I’m definitely coming back.
