On Wed July 12, shortly after 1 pm -Two cars in the parking lot, no one in the drive thru line, waited 10 plus minutes at the drive thru window for a chicken salad sandwich that was barely fit to eat…but I was pushed for time getting back to the office so had no choice…will not go back ever again. Who throws tortilla chips in with a chicken salad sandwich that took too long to make? There is no excuse for that.

Warm, homey atmosphere, great food and delicious coffee! Open doors egg bowl was great. My 2-year-old got a plain waffle and loved it but I’d really like to try any of the gourmet waffles! They look amazing. Would also definitely recommend trying the lavender white mocha iced latte!!

Very nice experience! Quiet, clean atmosphere, with friendly staff. Unique variety of items to eat and drink. My wife ordered the lavender mocha latte with the Open Doors Egg Bowl. My son got a waffle. I ordered the Little Chicago Egg Plate. Everyone’s good came out quick, it was fresh, hot, and really good! We’re all happy, highly recommend!

She was very nice engaged in a small conversation she was very pleasant. A lot to offer at this little coffee house. Not what I was expecting! Food was delicious and just an over all surprised service thinking I was just going to get coffee but it was much more than that. We live close to downtown and frequent breakfast spots but had yet to try open doors. We gave it a try and called beforehand asking about their menu and how their drive through functioned first (basically if the drive through is for pickup only or not). The woman at the window was incredibly sweet and took our order quickly, however it was a 30+ minute wait time in our car to receive our order of two tomato soups with grilled cheese and two of their small waffles. That’s the only reason these guys are getting a 4 from me, otherwise the food was seriously delicious and I would still recommend them!

Coffe is fantastic, all the employees are happy, nice, and do a good job. It would be a 5 star review if they could iron out the food situation. Full disclosure I only ate there once, but I get coffee here a lot. Mt chicken salad sandwitch was under seasoned and on some pretty lame wonder bread. The slightly stale pile of tortilla chips completed my dining experience.

I used to love this place but in the past year or so it’s gone downhill. Food is not consistent, takes too long, and very overpriced for a BLT and some store bought tortilla chip crumbs. Lately, every time I’ve gone here something’s wrong, or they are out of virtually ever single food item or something to make a drink.

I really love visiting this coffee shop anytime I am in town. The staff is super friendly and kind. They are very fast and efficient even when super busy which is very impressive. The food and drinks are always amazing and taste great! The location is really cool and makes you feel like you are at an old home. I would highly recommend this place.
