There food is Great! Beef fried rice never fails me. Me & my son came here after urgent care and we order the teriyaki combo w/ chow mein & beef fried rice. All 10/10 for us.

The katsu is painfully mid. I don’t even want to bring it home. There is a lack of flavor in the curry sauce and the chicken is dry. Gyoza are like any other teriyaki place… boring. Not sure I’d get the same food again, and I hesitate coming back here at all.
The good thing about this place is the portions are huge. Easily 3 chicken breasts on my plate plus rice. Unfortunately it doesn’t make up for what the food itself lacks.

Definitely the best known place in Teriyaky, excellent service and atmosphere were crazy and pleasant. Waiters and cooks are of a very high quality. I spent 45dls today and I certainly filled up and brought extra food as the price is absurdly low for the amount they offer you. I live in Kent but I would certainly drive over 30min just to come back and bring my family.

Found this lovely homey restaurant and I couldn’t be more happier. From the moment my daughters and I walked in we were welcomed and warmly greeted. I was able to order the most surprisingly delicious platter I could have asked for. Food is so fresh, delicious and worth every dollar. Boba tea was a hit and so was everything in these pictures. California sushi roll, salmon avacado sushi rolls, Mongolian bees, juicy orange orange chicken, fresh fried rice and vegetables. I will most definitely be returning with an even bigger appetite. Happy Teriyaki is my new favorite happy place to eat. Thank you for your hospitality and wonderful food.

Hands down one of the better teriyaki restaurants in Tacoma. The food is delicious, well-seasoned, and consistently high quality, and the portions are perfect. Generous, satisfying, and worth every dollar. You can tell they care about both flavor and balance. If you love a good teriyaki joint, try this place out.

We ordered lunch special bento box and couple rolls. Chickens were crispy and tender. We didn’t expect too much on the rolls since it was teriyaki restaurant, but they were surprisingly good almost good as sushi restaurant. The service was great as well. Staffs were very friendly and attentive. I loved the family vibe of the staff. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommended.

Really cozy spot. Perfect for a couple to eat together and small groups to socialize. The cashier is so sweet and always calm even in the face of extremely rude customers. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. I always enjoy myself here. Show this place some love!

Ordered by walk-in. Food was made to order & came very fast which was nice since I go on lunch breaks! Was still able to enjoy my meal after getting the order! Pretty fairly priced too!

Everything was very good. Honestly 6:30pm on a Saturday and it was empty. Service was excellent, attentive, and friendly. Food was delicious. We got the Chicken Pad Thai and Katsu Burrito both came out pretty quickly, perfectly prepared, and the portions were huge. Definitely coming back for more.
