I have been coming to this restaurant for over a year and a half and each time I go there the staff is very rude and charge more than what they list on their menu, which is displayed behind their cash register. They also charge at least an extra $10 each time I use a debit or credit card instead of paying cash. My office ordered a carryout with five entrees (2 beef kabob, 1 gyro, 1 chicken souvlaki, and 1 chicken scallop) today, which their menu states should be $81.27 (with tax, 75.58 before tax) and they charged us $95. When we brought this up, they stated, “inflation.” If that is the case, then they should change their board of prices (pictured). It is a digital menu board, not physical. We have issues with them charging more than they tell us or advertise on their menu each time. We will not be returning.

Absolutely wonderful dishes! We haven’t been there since before the pandemic and we stopped in 2 days in a row because we just couldn’t get enough! The lentil soup is so good and comes with your plate as an extra, if they don’t run out beforehand. How many restaurants serve you something you DIDN’T pay for? I can’t think of one.

Great place to grab some real Greek great tasting food! And treat yourself to the chicken souvlaki – it’s worth it! But don’t forgot the hummus, served just right (might need an extra pita!)

Bagela Be Dehen is one of our favorite “off menu” items here. It is an Iraqi Breakfast also called “Bagila bil Dihin” and is made from Fried Eggs over Broad Beans with pita bread inside the bean stew.

I love the Beef Kabob Sandwich for lunch, it seems family owned and run (family atmosphere). Love the music they play

My food didn’t have much flavor. It was a chicken dish. It wasn’t chicken shawarma though, they didn’t have any available at the time I was there 🙁 I also got the lentil soup and it too was unflavorful.

This place is average in every way. Unbused tables make it feel dirty. Fresh ingredients. Good enough to satisfy a craving for Greek food.

First of all it’s not a Greek restaurant. Secondly they are disrespecting Arabic food because I wouldn’t even give it to dogs. Al Azayem restaurant is two minutes away from this location and has the actual Arabic food and the service there is better than this place’s.

I wished I was a writer after eating the lentil soup. And I’ve loved lentil soup my entire life and have had it frequently. Now, perhaps the soup just had a wonderful day. Soups can be that way. I will have to admit that there was some excellent cooking going on the day I was there, so it wasn’t only the soup, and I’ll go back and see. However, I had chosen the vegetarian plate where there is a tasting, and that was fantastic as well.

Was about to grab something from the Colimas, the Mexican place right next door. I eat at their North Park location all the time, but, as I was walking up, I saw that this Greek place was packed with a bunch of 5’8″ guys that looked like they would have-back hair. I took that as a sign that this place was legitimate. I was not disappointed in the least and ate the best gyro sandwich I’ve had in years. I will undoubtedly eat here again in the future and will be recommending it to friends and family
